Allowed me to purchase items that weren't available, had to wait 4 days before any contact from them to make me aware.... now 2 days and still haven't had my refund ( but they took their monies immediately when purchased)... do not recommend at all!

Ordered a Kenwood Radio online (Over £300 pounds) after ringing the call centre direct to confirm their stock was on back order for end of the month as stated online. When date came they changed the date to a month later. When I rang they just said there was a stock shortage. Gave my money back within 3 days.

I think you shouldn’t send me a questionnaire when the part is on back order. I haven’t received my radio, I found out it was not available,only when I received , confirmation email

Absolutely brilliant service right from the initial call. The advise given over the phone helped source the right product for our needs. The items arrived on time and safely packaged. I would recommend and use again.

Car stereo arrived promptly. However, no English instructions at all for the User Guide - everything in Turkish I think - so had to resort to Google and trawling up and down on the phone to set it up. Other than that, it was all good.

Advertising cheaper than anyone else products, to then get a tracking number wait in all day and then be told they never had the items in the first place.. sure thats fraudulant? Rang the customer service number to be talked down to by an arrogant man. Who knew less about how a courier service works than he should seeing as they are an online store offering delivery. Joke company avoid like the plague.

Excellent merch and service

Ordered a stereo that was in stock but got a message a few days later to say there was a problem with my order. Agreed a higher spec model, and Car Audio very kindly funded the difference. Well pleased with the outcome. After this hiccup new order was fulfilled very quickly, great company to deal with, well done Phoebe for turning a potentially bad situation into a great customer experience !!
