Absolutely spot on! The amplifier I ordered wasn't in stock but was notified immediately. I upgraded to a better one, so they sent me an upgraded wiring kit, and an extra RCA lead free 👍

After ordering my item it was found to be unavailable from the supplier, so car audio centre substituted the item almost instantly with the next model up which I’m more than happy with. Excellent service fast delivery all round an excellent experience.

Ordered some car speakers and never got an order confirmation but they took my money though and now my order is on back order as they don't have "the stock" when it said there was 3 left. They went onto say, i should have received an email, if not in spam and i haven't received anything. not impressed by this as its my first order. go elsewhere to save yourself hassle

BUYER BEWARE! They take your money and then you hear nothing! A week later no good and had to chase twice to be told not in stock until July. Have to wait for refund! This has happened twice now. Won't buy again and it's a pity I can't leave no stars as I've had to cancel my audio installation this weekend because of it. In reply to your response... You did not try to contact me at all to say the item was not in stock, I phoned and checked last week and was told it would definitely be with me this week on Tuesday or Wednesday latest, that’s why I booked my car in. I then had to phone twice yesterday as I was promised a call back and never got it. Your company is selling goods you don’t have in stock and taking peoples money. You’ve had my money over a week now and I haven’t been refunded yet through PayPal, so I suspect you’ll hang on to it as long as you can. There is no need for the capital letters, just be honest with people and give a good service!

Product I ordered was not in stock even though website said 3 was in stock. Then agreed to buy more expensive items providing they could get them to me by the end of the Friday. (This was organised midday Wednesday). Item was then dispatched on Thursday by 48hr courier. When I spoke to their customers services they were rude saying that there was nothing they could do and I can't look into the past and that my original issue with the product had been resolved

A good range of products, but once my order was placed - there was a delay before any emails came through at all which prompted me to get in contact by email to find out what was happening - i then had an email to say that there was a problem with my order and that I needed to get in touch by phone (I would have expected CAC to go to the effort of ringing me). The issue was that one of the two items wasn’t available - the phone was answered quickly and the agent was professional and efficient. However it’s disappointing that their stock control allowed me to order something they did not have. I opted to remove the item and purchase it elsewhere. Delivery wasn’t especially fast - as expected really. I then noticed that the full amount had been taken from my bank account (including the cost of the item CAC could not supply). I sent an email but did not receive a reply, so had to call CAC again to get the amount refunded - which they did so immediately. So other than the agents on the phone who were both helpful - the experience was pretty terrible and I’m unlikely to use CAC again.
