Ordered 2 pioneer rear view cameras Quick dispatch, but one of them arrived some kind of aftermarket(cheap by the look) pioneer one was faulty-not sure it's they fault, but there was no protective film on camera lens) Now trough the process of return- will see how it goes!

Bought a base model Pioneer head unit for my 1995 Mitsubishi. Phoned up in advance of calling in to see what stock they had within my budget and staff were very helpful in finding what was available. A few days later when passing again a member of staff went to their warehouse to pick the unit so I could collect in the shop. Great service all round.

Same story as others on here... I ordered a car radio that has 1 in stock but actually it wasn't. I had no order confirmation but my money was taken. There was no communication at all so after a week I questioned why it's not been delivered only to be told it was on back order and had been a pre order item for 2 weeks (it wasn't when I ordered). I was then told it would be about 3-4 weeks, which would be a month after ordering. If you don't have something in stock, don't allow orders!! I've since looked on their website and they've put the price up! Now awaiting a refund...
