Great value and fantastic range of products my only criticism is I didn’t know I needed a special witing harness to connect unit up But I am not really knowledgable with these things but would be a good idea to notify people at point of purchase But I’m over the moon with the JVC unit and the wireless plug in means no cables laying about and works faultlessly

Items ordered were both on back order. No notification of this when I placed the order and was not notified until I called. The lady on the end of the line was very helpful but given the fact my account had already been debited there was no definitive delivery date for either items. If you don’t hold the stock this should be flagged on the website. For this I am rating the service as bad as I am hugely disappointed that I have had to cancel the order and try to locate the same items elsewhere.

Ordered some Pioneer speakers and received some completely different in phase ones, without notice as my ones were out of stock, had to go to the hassle of returning them and has delayed the whole process. Could’ve saved the wasted time and effort with a simple email/phone call

Good product, good price, however nowhere near the delivery timescales offered. Would have been much better if it has said 2 weeks rather than 5 days for delivery as apparently it was out of stock.

Haven't even received the product yet. Happy to take money and pay £6.99 for next day delivery and it wasn't even in stock. And still on order for over a week now. Next day delivery is not even refunded. Won't be using this place again I guarantee.

Brilliant company to work with, staff were incredibly helpful over the phone when I needed to make an amendment to my order which was done immediately! If I had to say one thing to be improved it would be to make it more obvious at checkout when a product is not available for express delivery as I had paid for the next day AM delivery not realising one of the products was not a stock item - that being said, entirely my own fault for not double checking & the team were quick to amend the order and have it sent out immediately so can't fault them

Order placed as website said there was stock available. Order placed and should have shipped that day as well before cut off. Didnt get any shipping info so phoned next day only to be told it was out of stock and was due in a couple of days. The website still showed stock available. I cancelled the order and the sales guy seemed surprised. I would have ordered elsewhere if they had been honest about the stock situation rather than wasting my time.

As with many other reviews here - I ordered an instock item. No change on the order status for three days and NO emails. Phone call to c/s Item out of stock and they had mailed me 'today' to notify (they didn't). Item on back order and not due until 31/12/2021!!!! Offered a "superior" product at same price and accepted on the understanding that it was despatched that day. Agreed. Two days later, items still "processing". Further phone call - investigations would check state of despatch and if not already, item would be despatched that day. I decided to cut my losses and purchase elsewhere. Cancelled order. Surprisingly, refund processed within the hour! They must have been VERY confident the item hadn't been despatched! Could NOT recommend and would NEVER use again.

Bought the wrong size speakers but getting them replaced for the correct size was very easy.

Ordered radio and fitting kit. The radio was out of stock but expected within 5 days. Regular updates were emailed to me. Within two days radio was back in stock and my parcel had been dispatched and arrived the next day. Great service and will use again.
