Efficient service

Been with D-Energi for our company warehouses for over 3 years now. Helped with a smooth change over when we moved premises and recently renewed one of our policies with ease. I always deal with Faline Welsh for our renewals, she's always quick to respond and get the accounts finalised. I also like the fact everything can be done via email, no need to be hanging on tiresome phone calls with a frustrating call centre. I deal with the same few people with regards to meter readings etc so you really get the 'family business' vibes that they value.

D-ENERGi has been our energy provider since we incorporated and we have found them to always be good value. They offer great customer service and helped us navigate a tricky renewal during the peak of the energy crises to make sure we got the best possible price for our energy needs. Would highly recommend.

I changed to D-DEnergi when I had to take over a business at short notice. I have been with them for 4 years, in that time I have received a great service , excellent rates and if need be there is always a person I can speak to. Sadly I cannot renew my contract this year as my consumption is insufficient . I can highly recommend this company to anyone needing a business tariff.

We have worked with D-Energi for a number of years and found their service to be very good. It is a difficult industry to work in over the last couple of years, but working with Kendall in particular has helped us secure competitive prices. I am a small rural cafe. I have been with D energi for 6 years. I signed a new contract September 2022. With a renewal date of Jan 2023. At this point they stated I had to fix the rate. The day rate I was paying was 14.18p per unit. They have now raised this to 69.55. Thats 4x more. The night unit was 11.20 now 46.55. Thats 4 x more. The standing charge was 38p it is now £4.20!!! 11 x more. My bill has gone from £350 pcm to just under £1600 pcm according to an email informing me they need to take £1574.51 pcm to cover the bill. This is absolutely not sustainable for a small business. On contacting D enegi they said they couldn't do anything and if I wanted out of the contract I would need to pay over £16500 plus vat. They have failed to explain why the DD amount is £1574.51, when I pointed out the first bill after the new contract was only £959.21 ,so the DD is coming on for twice that? Having been a loyal customer I feel absolutely shafted. Badly done DEnergi

I've just renewed a contract with them and not only because they offered me the best deal available on the market but also because of the fact I am quite satisfied of their service up to date (and I've been a customer for 3 years now). Communication with them is quite good (they DO reply to e-mails!) and every aspect of the contract, e-mails and renewal etc is transparent. I also asked for smart meter and they organised it quite efficiently. Thanks to my account manager - Kendall. She has handled me professionaly and quickly.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Tried to cancel our contract and was told we had been "Refreshed" (Which is an illegal practice). Found out our contract wasnt even under our company name it was UK HEALTH ORGANSIATION, who are D-Energi !!! Asked to be changed to our company name and was told NO! We are now in the process of taking legal advice, to cancel a contract that we should be able to via email!

We have been with D-Energi since 2017. They have consistently been the cheapest on the market and it is relatively easy to speak to someone compared to the bigger energy companies. However, you have to be on your toes to make sure that no daily transportation charges are added to your bills. I also particularly despise the fact that if you don't give notice a month before the end of your contract, it auto renews at whatever price they send you with the auto renewal. It is always more expensive than the prices they give when requesting a quote. I feel that this practise is designed to fleece busy business owners. Once your contract ends you should automatically be put onto a variable rate, and you should be free to leave at any time. To summarise, good value for money but you need to be very careful.

Professionally dealt with. We did have an issue with deemed rates after a 2 year contract ended. Businesses are being squeezed enough with regards to energy without being accidentially locked into unreasonable rates on top. D-Energi did do everything they could and resolved our account back to a manageable amount in our case. The law really should be changed to stop automatic locked in renewals. Write to your MP!

We had a few problems at first but since they have been sorted they have been brilliant. We are very happy with their help when needed.

Talked to d energi over a 2 week period about a quote for my business gas 2 meters agreed a contract for 3 years at what I thought was a good rate ,I was emailed the contracts and advised to complete and return ASAP as the rate would only be guaranteed till the end of the day after doing this I learned that there was a transportation charge on each meter of 98p per day,I was not informed of this at all during the negotiations (it is in very small print in the contract) I believe I should have been informed of this Update; I was contacted by Zico very quickly, He sorted everything out to my satisfaction straight away,I was very impressed by this ,Now my rating is 5 star
