We are using electricity and gas, and in these 9 months we have been very happy with the prices and the service. If everything continues this well until the end of the first year surely we will hire water too.

Extremely Dishonest, I asked them for a 3 Year Fixed price quote as well as comparison for a year, the 3 year option as you would expect came out a little more but I selected this to save the hassle of moving each year. A year in and they have sent me a price review dramatically increasing the price, even though my contract has 36month terms and a price listed. On questioning these they say that in the accompany terms and conditions it say you are subject to an annual price review regardless to agreeing a 3 year term, which makes the whole process of paying more for a 3 year term pointless and open to extortion. If you are going to use these only do one year and be ready to switch at the end of it before they fleece you.

I've been with D-ENERGi now for five years and have one business account and three domestic accounts. I look closely at the market for every contract renew and D-ENERGi are always competitive with excellent staff and clear concise bills and policies.

We have now been with D-energi for three years. Prices are competitive and customer service is really great - no long waits on the phone. They treat customers with respect and fairness. Emma Salter is great at looking after our business contracts.

Chose D-ENERGi because they came out cheapest for electricity on a comparison website. Everything has been straightforward and I don't have any complaints (though leaving EDF energy when our previous contract expired was a bit of a pain). So far so good. We have just swapped our business electricity supply with D-Energi and it has all gone smoothly. No problems at all. I'm a little unsure about not having unit rates written on our bill but at least all our monthly payments will be the same I just hope that we don't get any nasty surprises at the end of the year.
