We were happily chugging along with our energy supplier of 16 years. Having gone to market and scouted around we came across D-Energi. Although not in the top 6 they were able to provide a really good price (beating our current supplier by a country mile). All our dealings with them were great and we were up and running in no time. Highly recommended for any business.

Initial set up was not great - however that was partly D-Energi and partly our previous energy supplier. Once all set up, we have had no problems, staff are helpful and provide a great service. Invoice and DD sent same time every month, never any issues with either. Perfect type of contract for an SME. Would recommend

After some initial problems with my fixed quoted price, eventually customer services sorted it out, it hasn't been brilliant, but they have made an effort to put things right. Hopefully it will now be trouble free for the year of my contract.

Switched from SSE as original contract ended and became too expensive. Had no issues with D-Energi. Good being able to pay by DD which we couldn't with previous provider. Gives piece of mind and makes budgeting easier for a small charity,

Signed up for an excellent 3yr deal 12 months ago, but after 12 months I had a price review which was unexpected, see t/c's 31, after some negotiation this issue was resolved by a very helpful Lee, although it did take a couple of months to sort out, we now have a fixed rate for the remaining 2 yrs of the contract. Thank you.

I've always been a little dubious about energy companies that aren't in the 'big six' having been let down before, but after speaking to the very helpful Mohammed, my views changed. He was very informative & helpful with my change of contract from a big name. He's always at the end of the phone, no matter what question I have. I will be looking to renew my next 24 month contract with D-Energi.
