Kendall explained everything in plain and simple terms for me to understand. Their price tariffs are excellent and customer service is fantastic too. I have just renewed my contract with them again and would highly recommend them to other business customers.

Meter reads are emailed across and amended invoice/credit notes raised immediately. Agreeing new tariffs is trouble free. I would not hesitate to recommend D-Energi.

United Kingdom | 07 September 2021Many thanks for the albeit late reply and telephone call, its a shame it was a review here that prompted this reply, not actually any feed back via your customer services to you ?, I understand what you say about energy prices fluctuating, that is why i decided to go for a fixed 3 year agreed contract, and if D-Energi did any proper due diligence in the first place why did you use a supplier who had a high risk of failure ? as for matching any price that was not correct as in your reply, you had every opportunity to match the prices i had from British G, and your own customer services declined to match the rates i was offered, and was quick enough in sending an email to say i was free to leave without any penalty, My penalty is now my electric for my business is going to cost me over 4k extra per annum.

We all know there a lot of suppliers out there but I would highly suggest you give these guys the chance.

Renewed now for 3 yrs and lowest price was matched with credit added for loyalty. Can’t fault DEnergi on anything and they’ve never employed pushy sales tactics like other companies and brokers who try and force you to make an on the spot decision when quoting tariffs. Both Emma and Lee have been great. I would recommend to anyone based on my personal experience.

We put through a number of other premises energy supply with D-Energi and Emma was excellent in providing a prompt and competitive quote. We also renewed all our existing supplies with D-Energi. Life has become so much easier now that most of our sites are with them on a single renewal date - no more worrying about missing the notification date! Emma sends timely reminders which is very helpful.

Hena provided a quote on email and informed us our annual cost only then to go ahead and add 98p transportation cost. Not mentioned in the email or over the phone saved the call recording. Sending a letter to CEO first thing in the morning.

United Kingdom | 01 October 2020been with d-energi 1st year of 2 year fixed contract no annual statement. now find out not fixed price contract put standing charge up 96p per day willing to bring it down if we sign for further year. WE WILL TAKE THE HIT AND GET OUT WHILE WE CAN. JUST ANOTHER ENERGY CONSULTANCY WITH SMALL PRINT. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY D energy came back after this review still charging the same rates but have reduced our annual charge by £375.60 because they had made a mistake on our calculations. We are still not extending our contract. Trust them even less now looks like they would have ripped us off for even more if we hadn’t complained. Just a follow up on our dealings with D Energy We were contacted By Zico of D Energy (a senior executive) who was very apologetic and has gone above and beyond to rectify our situation. unfortunately his staff didn't have the same commitment to customer satisfaction. We would like to thank Zico for his intervention and commitment to monitor our account, are now more than satisfied with the out come
