It was indeed a very nice n wonderful stay at Karma golden camp. Food people everyone was so amazing. The new tents given on last two days were very nice . Only part lacking was TV and mirror inside the tents. Overall good experience.

Simply rubbish! We have a voucher to book our holiday which expires in July. I have send them so many emails since November 2024 but they have been so poor in communication. There is absolutely no way to talk to anyone - no phone numbers provided. You will be lucky if you receive a reply back and that too would be absolutely dissatisfactory. I have tried contacting them through live chat, forms , social media but absolutely no response ever. One reply I received from them was that why don't you pay us £60 more and extend your expiry date of your voucher- that's it! Stay away !!! Receiving this reply, I am editing my review further. They must also check how many unanswered emails they have in their inbox and why my queries are still unanswered? A phone number to speak to was asked number of times or a request to receive a call - nothing at all.

Recently we as family enjoyed our stay at GOA MONTERIO RESORT. It was absolutely beautiful experience as staff is very helpful and friendly and caring. Rooms are clean and well maintained. This was our second stay at this resort. And both the times we had similar experience which makes us come here again.

The location, ambience, hospitality, food... In fact everything was at par with our expectation. I would recommended Karma Royal Monterio for great vacation.

We were moved to Karma Royal Sanur and having been there a few times now it was noticeable that more improvements had been made . The pool area is lovely and as usual the same wonderful staff .

We were lucky to book 5 nights at Jimbaran Royal, and being our first time here,  we can now see why it ranks amongst Karma members' most popular Bali resorts. It has that same old world charm, and traditional Balinese atmosphere as Candidasa. It's only a small resort with 15 apartments within thatched buildings set amongst beautiful tropical gardens. When we arrived, receptionist Ayu was kind enough to move us to a lovely ground floor apartment overlooking the pool area, when she saw my mobility issues.   The staff were amazing here, so warm and friendly and receptionist Siti went way above and  beyond to help us track down some NRL jerseys. We have to say that the breakfasts and meals we ate here were amongst the best we've enjoyed in Karma so far. Hats off to the chefs. There are renovations in progress in two of the apartments, but the noise was minimal and the disturbance so discreet as to not be of any concern. We'll definitely be back here.

I've just got back from 10 nights stay at Karma Panalee on Koh Samui, Thailand. This resort was only opened as a Karma resort in November 2024, and renovations are still on going to upgrade it apparently. I had a lovely large room on the top floor, with a balcony looking out over a lap pool (25m approx. - very handy for my morning exercise) and tree tops full of birds. It was very private and although it wasn't one of the upgraded rooms, I still preferred it to a ground floor room due to this privacy. Breakfast was included and I was happy with the choice. As well as the usual cereals, breads, fruit, there was also hot Thai and Indian food, and a chef on hand to cook you eggs however you wanted them. Personally, I can recommend the omelettes. As well as the lap pool, there was also another pool, which I choose to sunbath around due to it's quietness. There was a bar by this pool, but luckily no music was played, leaving me to relax and listen to the birds. Whilst I was staying Karma opened a new beach club, which provides the resort with another pool and sun loungers, bar, games room, across the road from the hotel by the beach. On the subject of the road, yes, the hotel is on the other side of the road from the beach, but this was no problem, due to them hiring a man to help you cross (not that it was really that busy) by waving his red flag to stop the traffic! The amount of trees of the property's grounds acted as a sound barrier to most of the road noise. The staff were lovely, and Suleman, the Karma rep, was great. He sorted out a kettle for me when I told him I didn't have one, he gave me a tour on the local area after breakfast one day, asked me how I was and seemed genuinely interested in my reply every day (I was holidaying alone) and was a lovely guy. Yes, I sat through the sales pitch, but he wasn't too pushy and took my no in good spirit. I've only knocked a star off my review because I personally found the bed to be a bit on the hard side, but I do realise this is just personal preference.

Positives: 1. Karma Golden Camp is beautifully located, far from the city limits, offering a peaceful and serene ambiance. 2. The staff is extremely friendly, providing a warm and traditional Rajasthani welcome with excellent service. 3. Special thanks to Abhi for his assistance and courteous approach. 4. My daughter had a wonderful stay, and the gaming area was well-equipped and enjoyable. Areas for Improvement: 1. The road leading to the camp entrance is yet to be constructed, making the ride a bit uncomfortable once you exit the highway. 2. The tents could be improved slightly, though the classic touch and feel were appreciated. 3. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get my preferred dates earlier and had to settle for the ones offered by Karma, which is usually the case. 4. Everytime a discussion with your Sales team for upgrading Membership at the venue is an off-put which I have to face at every location, that can be avoided considering im here to stay and have peaceful time with my family. BTW ive already paid for it..

My stay at Karma Royal Jimbaran was a unique experience. The property is good to stay but what makes stay better here is the behaviour of the karma staff. Their gestures, their courteousness, their smiles, their efforts to make you comfortable are really praise worthy. The cleanliness and hygiene was well maintained.

Everything is good as far as accommodation, housekeeping, restaurant food is concerned but loud talking employees of Karma in restaurants and basic courtesy of letting waiting guests/ members serve their plates is wanting . Furthermore swimming pool etiquettes are not being adhered to by plenty of members and lack of enforcement of rules by staff and managers inspite of being complained on the spot too!! Request Senior management including MD and GM to intervene lest you lose the good reputation built compared to Club Mahindra ( in pathetic state)!! Regards

We had an amazing experience at Karma Panalee, Koh Samui, Thailand. We stayed in a 2- Bedroom bunglow which offered a nice & relaxing garden view. The beach club across the road offered an unparalleled experience with swiming pool overlooking the ocean and great food. Would love to come back again.

Beautiful experience of our lives, me, my wife, my sister & brother-in-law were on board Karma Fushi for astonishing 3 days.. Beautiful, gorgeous, mind blowing scenery & great Indian Ocean we saw...while we were on board. Crew members made us feel extraordinary... We will cherish those moments for our lifetime.....

Some beautiful evenings spent on Karma Fushi Yatch. It’s not an experience that we get to do very often and thus you set high expectations when you get one. I must say right from the time we stepped on to the Yatch till we de boarded, we enjoyed every bit. Made new friends , enjoyed water sports and spent good time with family. Heavy rains dampened the spirit for sometime but thats not in anybody’s control.

The staff gave us a very nice stay. Food was very good. The personal touch was very welcome. The resort is small but well maintained. Rooms are small. Does not have kettle, microwave or refrigerator. There is no restaurant near bye but as food is good you don't need to go out. Not much activity for kids .swimming pool not functional. But overall a relaxing, laid back resort

The entire experience from booking to reception till departure was as discussed and as per the plan. Warmth of the personal, willingness to help and their professionalism were the hallway of the trip.

The Sun Pacific Villas in Mount Maunganui is an AMAZING resort, with great amenities, heated swimming pool and spa pool, right across the road from the beach! We will definitely visit again. The only negative was the two single beds in the second bedroom was very hard!

The location and ambience of the resort is awesome. In addition the manager and staff go out of their way to make the guests comfortable and give all the necessary guidance regarding local sightseeing.

It was wonderful experience to visit karma fushi with family..we had good time enjoyed the company with fun filled island visit and snorkling timeless relaxation at sea view deck and late-night fish catching and eating same fish next day dinner..overall fun filled experience...
