Happy Karma members! We have been members for 10 years now and have had so much value and good service from Karma. The team are always there to help and there are always new properties being added which is great. We have visited many of the properties. This year we enjoyed Karma Menteith and also Karma Bavaria. Next year Karma in Vietnam….so much on offer you. Thanks Karma we love the new initiative of Karma Curated Experiences too, look forward to trying one soon.

Got accosted on the street by young bloke in Bali with a "peel a prize" card, thought we would help him out as he seemed genuinely in need. Knew it was a timeshare dodgy mob but figured we would sit through the presentation & decline offer at the end because we were assured the young fella who got us in would get his bonus. Well he got his bonus all right, somehow skimmed my credit card with an RF scanner & ripped me off to the tune of $700!! Still haven't recieved the Air Jordans I supposedly bought & also still haven't recieved the 7 nights accomodation that we "won".

Do not book with this company Karma Experience they are a scam. After questioning them on the dodgey information they kept trying to sell me I was spoken to with such disrespect from Abhishek. How dare you! Absolutely Disgusting do not waste your time giving this company your money! Your auto reply response to my last review on here is not going to stop me from exposing your company for the scammers that you are! I have email proof of the disrespectful email when I said that I no longer wish to be harassed after I figured out you’re trying to sell a scam! Stop trying to defend the despicable behaviour. I have reported Karma Experiences and I will continue to do so. You should be ashamed.

Had a fabulous stay at the Karma Lake of Menteith. The views over the lake were spectacular from our lovely room which had a terrace to sit out and enjoy the sunsets over the lake. The food in the restaurant was great value for money and very tasty.

It is a bit disappointed of the services on no and delayed responses compare to other resorts and service providers. I felt amazed when my wife and I got the membership after listening to their presentations, but now feeling disappointed of the no and prolonged wait time to confirm our travel plan. May need to consider of other resorts or service providers

If you read so many of these reviews it is clear to see that Karma Group need to give away free holidays for people to stay, if that does not sound strange I’m lost for words. Clearly there is an agenda here, rate us and get a free holiday, take a scratchy (like a McDonald’s offer) and scratch a free stay but wait you must come and listen to our sales people pitch a timeshare to you to win the prize. I stayed at Karma Jimbaran and this hotel is falling apart, the food was terrible sub standard international cuisine to say the least. Went to Kandara, it is a lovely setting but not worth the price tag, the villas need to be renovated and so many other great resorts.

We stayed at The Cotswolds with Karma - its really beautiful. It was through the 3 complimentary nights offer on facebook for a review. We were wary of being scammed but couldn't be more wrong. It's a genuine offer and no catches or obligations. Really memorable time and the food was gorgeous!

Just been to Karma's Hotel in Malaga, had a wonderful time on the Complimentary Stay. The location was idylic, food superb and staff so helpful and warm. Would do it again in a heartbeat! We had a short presentation of Karma Hotels 1 morning, no pressure or hard sell but a great standard of Hotel so we will definitely be choosing them again when we travel next year. Very happy with our stay!

Amazing place and position but what made it so special was the staff. Took our daughter there from Melbourne for her 50th and she has memories forever.

We had a wonderful stay at Karma Song Hoai in Hoi Ann. The terrace of our very spacious room had a beautiful view of the well-kept grounds and pool area. Although it was on the ground floor, it felt very private. The front desk staff was very helpful and organized day trips to Marble Mountain, boat rides, and recommended a tailor at the local market hall. We left with fond memories of a quaint town and an extra suitcase of tailored clothing.

On facebook I entered and won 7 nights free accommodation in HoiAn. Had to pay $150 to guarantee we would turn up and would be refunded once arrived. We have been back over a month now and no refund. I have been emailing John who arranged our trip to advise no refund but he now does not reply.. we did not take up their timeshare offer after their presentation at the resort so I assume this is why no refund which is disappointing and dishonest. Everything else was wonderful at the resort.

Admittedly I was initially a little skeptical about this offer as it seemed to be good to be true but the lady who contacted me was extremely helpful and reassuring and the entire process was really quick and easy ie the payment link came through the next day and the booking was confirmed promptly. Our 4 night stay at the Karma Bavaria in Germany was amazing and we loved every minute. And there was NO pressure to book another holiday despite my doubts. I will DEFINITELY be recommending this offer to friends and family

We have been members for over 12 yrs with the Karma Group! Like many of the responses below when we first signed up we felt we had been duped by the company on false pretenses! However once we got our head around how the Karma process works, we quickly decided to make the most of our membership! From that point on we have never looked back! Our membership which is every 2nd year and yes we did have a hard sell but that sell has given us years of memories and truly unreal holidays we would never have considered and places in countries that we have had the most unreal times exploring! The sad fact for us Aussies is we do have to travel OS to use our membership! Yes you can use the another major company called RCI which has hotels all over the world including Australia! But not always is it convenient to use RCI! I know many members who do use it in Australia and even though the choices are limited still get value for money! However we have learnt to use the Hot Deals and Bonus weeks to our advantage! Yes we are retirees now but we weren’t when we signed up! To be honest if we had, had the advantage of Karma when younger I feel our membership would have been worth its weight in gold being able to fly to overseas amazing destinations! Before I hear a cry from the negative, yes many of the resorts are out of the way of main areas! For us that brings appeal being able to soak up the local areas! We have made use of Car and Motorcycle Hire to explore each and every area we have stayed so we can make the most of our time in each country we have had the benefit of visiting with Karma! If your reading this and say well she must have been paid to be so positive after reading all the negatives! No we weren’t we have just learnt to use the product we bought! Lastly I won’t go into each resort we have stayed in but they have been varied and many and every single one had staff that went above and beyond to make our stays memorable in every place we stayed! Plus yes there had been a couple of bad experiences with in-house representatives of Karma but over all they go above and beyond to help when something isn’t right and will rectify it as quickly as is possible! So all in all our time with Karma journey has been positive and if it hadn’t we have explained this to management who not always have listened, but we have realised this is life we don’t always get what we want! We still can say what an amazing experience we have had because it being duped if you want to call it that into the Karma world! Our lives are the richer for it!

The staff at Salford hall were brilliant and very welcoming. The food was delicious ( roast beef on Sunday). My room ( no3) was well put together and had a great feeling. A very relaxing and restful evening.

Great memories at Karma Kandara Bali ... the staff are wonderful.. the beach and beach club is one of the best in Bali. Can't wait to get back again next year

From the moment you enter the resort, you experience the inner beauty of Greece. The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly and provides you with everything you need at all times. Everything you need is close by, amazing beaches and the beautiful city of Agios Nikolaos. Most amazing is yet the view from the terrace, while you do yoga, exercise or just relax under the greek sun. Will visit again and again.

Great hotel, we stayed at the karma Bavaria we loved the hotel the staff were very friendly also, we booked through preview stays which also was very friendly and helpful team thanks for your help with booking us on, would definitely recommend to a friend 😊

I had a resort preview stay at La Herriza hotel in Spain. The views were stunning and the staff were lovely! During my chat about other hotels there was absolutely no pressure to book another stay. Although I probably will as I really enjoyed it!’

I wish I had read these reviews before being sucked in by these scammers in Bali. If anybody comes up to you with “scratchies” offering prizes, just say NO and enjoy what you were going to do for the day - the alternative is to submit to a relentless high pressure sales pitch with a whopping bill at the end of the day. Beware!!!

Staying at the Lake of Menteith hotel horrible staff, future timeshare ?? Bar staff too busy trying to create a signature cocktail rather than serving the customers. Crazy and crap pub quiz and no one at the bar to serve drinks?? Rooms and decor tired and in need of complete refurbishment. Beware of potential hard sell in the future for timeshare. If we had realised what this place was like we would never have come.Also the bar staff were rude and aggressive and insulted my wife.
