AVOID People act all friendly to you on the streets of Bali and then offer you a scratch card in which guess what I got a winning card, iphone, 7 night luxury hotel, ipad, 5000000idr cash or apple watch TODAY YOULL GET ONE OF THESE AMAZING PRIZES....RIIIGGGGHT. The guy then offered us a free taxi to the hotel in which we didn't do said we wanted to go to the beach first. The guy goes on and on. We start heading towards the beach which is also towards the hotel so looks like we are still going. He meets us at the beach and we say we're going to get a drink first. But he says you get free refreshments here. We say no its ok. We then get wifi research it and see its a massive scam. Have a search on other trust pilot reviews and you will see it's a big ploy to sign you up to something with loads of hidden costs and if you don't they get angry. Don't waste your holiday, if it's too good to be true it normally is.

Australia | 24 October 2024We stayed 3 nights any more would be torture. We Were in the studio apartment and was told we had an ocean view, instead we had a cow paddock and rubbish heap for our view. The first night we arrived late and when I was ready to get to bed the the whole bed linen and mattress protector had disgusting stains. I had to call up room service to get everything changed. The shower drain had a odor and the drain was blocked which we couldn't have a long shower. The next day we had to go for a meeting, being told for 1 hour and we ended up staying 3 hours and karma staff trying to make us sign up $14000 for ten years to get benefits for travel. They wanted us to sign up on the spot for the deal. We weren't interested . I complained about my room to them and they weren't interested. We couldn't walk to the pool or breakfast and have to rely on the staff to pick us up with the buggy. Breakfast was terrible and busy. You have to pay for a cooked breakfast. We weren't told karma has a bus to take us down to the beach and found out on our last night. We had dinner at the beach restaurant . It was a very expensive dinner and paid $15 for a bintang. To end this review on the last night while I was sleeping I felt something crawling on me and it was a big cockroach .

India | 23 October 2024We spent three nights at Karma Palms and were satisfied with the infrastructure, staff, and food. We are senior citizens, and the allotment of the ground-floor Studio apartment was very much appreciated. We spent four nights at Karma Monterio. Despite several requests for allotment of studio apartment on the first floor, we were forced to stay on II floor.

Australia | 23 October 2024We stayed in Chakra and were very impressed with their hospitality. Food was great. Location, very peaceful, quiet and invigorating. The spa was absolutely great. Alesha and Kiran gave us a good nice massage. They are one of the best masseurs I’ve had. Try them. Overall Karma Chakra- a great place to relax, chill and unwind.

I sent them dal makhni. kept us seated till 10:30 pm last time said kitchen is closed so we had to eat what was served ok they didn't charge the bill but we got 10:30

India | 16 October 2024Once we reached the Resort we had a warm welcome with traditional garland and welcome drink. Our Villa was ready before we arrived so we did not have to wait and proceed to the villa directly. Their again we were welcome with Fruit and Bottle of Wine on the house a great gesture. The new Villa's are well renovated according to international standards. Cleanliness, Pools, The staff, The food was excellent with Great Variety and Their Chef KUNDAN HAD MADE great food and the Prawns were out of this world I can say with full honesty as they were excellent. Only one request Please refill the Fruit Basket in the Villa every day

Australia | 16 October 2024Unfortunately my wife and I did succumb to their promises and sale tactics and signed up and became members back in 2014 and only used it for the first time in 2019, I must say where we did stay was a very good experience. But we had tried booking holidays prior to and after this with no luck getting the dates we wanted so ended up staying at other places for our holidays. Basically any time you want to book using your points you need to book at least 6 to 12 months in advance to have any chance of getting your preferred dates and accommodation type, unless your extremely lucky And after our most recent experience trying to book a 1 bedroom pool villa at Karma Kandara for our 12 year wedding anniversary, (3 months in advance), I'm even more disappointed at how they operate, there were pool villas available for the dates we wanted, but I was told that there were not any available, which I did not understand how this could be when they were showing as available on their website, after questioning them several times I finally got a straight answer - "we do not have any pool villas available for redemption using points (Club inventory in villas was already fully booked)" So there we go, they only allow so many villas to be booked out by their Club members (using points) to keep villas available for non members/other paying customers. I believe it should be first come first served as their loyal club members have already paid their initial large! membership fee along with ongoing yearly fees in advance before booking their holiday. Unfortunately our 1 holiday in 9 years with Karma Club has ended up costing us around $18,000 dollars as I will now be doing my best to cancel our membership (loosing many accumulated points that have not been used) and cutting ties with Karma Club before our annual membership fee is due again next month. This may work for some people who can plan their holidays well in advance, but unfortunately doesn't work for us, and certainly not what we were lead to believe when we joined Karma Club

The reception team make you feel at home and take care of every requirement including taking you out to the market and help you bargain. India | 11 October 2024I stayed in Karma Kandara , Bali for a week in massive 3 bedroom pool villa. The resort is located on the cliff with awesome views of the ocean. The private beach is top notch. The staff are very friendly and attentive to guests. However the breakfast buffet is not very satisfactory. Not many food options in the buffet. Same menu everyday. How can you expect your guests to have same food everyday. I have been traveling for nearly 10yrs and been staying in Marriotts, Hiltons, Intercontinental but never had any issues with breakfast. Karma seriously need to look into this .

Australia | 10 October 2024What a pathetic palaver. Accosted in Bali whilst on holiday with the promise of iPhones iPads cash accomodation for 1 hour of your time. Basically they take 3-4 hours. Even whilst upfront they reemphasise 1 hour. Why can you just not be honest ? This is my holiday time and you impinge on it by lying. Then you are always going to get the 7 day accomodation never an iPad or iPhone. I'd actually like statistics on how many people get an iPad or iPhone. The prize is right at the end of course. I'm never going to use that accomodation and that's what they are hoping. It's false advertising as far as I'm concerned. Why are companies like this allowed to Operate? Basically try to do wonderful maths to lure you in and show you luxury accomodation. You can get Air BNBs which work out very economical. Then I was disappointed to know that the guy who lured us on the street did not get paid his commission on the basis that my husband and I work part time 4 days a week. It's cruel and disgraceful. They told me that he would get paid. Karma group name has no Karma as far as I'm concerned and should be called Holiday Scam

United Arab Emirates | 10 October 2024My husband Bosco Daniel and my self recently stayed in Monteiro Resort In Arpora, Its great location for us and for our work purpose. This time we decided to have a family Reunion so we had booked rooms for all our siblings along with their family to come and stay in the resort, and then in the evening we planed to have a great evening in the Coffee shop, Mathilda the GM helped us in organizing the Event. The 2 piece band was super and we enjoyed dancing and the food amazing from the chef. Service could have been better by the service staff. Super weather we had that day, no rains... Amazing fun we all had, a time to remember.

United Kingdom | 10 October 2024We have had many excellent stays at Karma locations in the UK and abroad; including in the quaint and historic Salford Hall. On a return visit to Salford Hall, we requested ground floor accommodation to avoid any stairs. This meant using an annex apartment which we were impressed with on arrival. However the central heating to the apartment was on and the radiators cannot be adjusted. Reception fobbed us off with a promise to speak to the engineer. The reality is that all apartments are on a centralised supply. The heating was on and we had to accept this situation for the duration of our stay. This is all too wrong on a number of levels and not what Karma members should have to accept.

India | 09 October 2024Awesome. Stay was comfortable. More relaxed and refreshed my mind. Made my mind to stay frequently and enjoy the hospitality . Friendly atmosphere made my family feel more comfortable. Expecting my next trip visit again as early to Karma properties, Staffs really helpful and kind people, only we experiance that as we know this Royal Monterio is old property than also they would have been fixed all locks and key's should be functioning properly as we stayed in room number 26 in which main door key is really very pathetic while openinng every time we use to call facility guys and opened it after strugggling multiple times, 2 time even matainance personal did something than also its not rectified, apart from this all stay was supreb and nice. We love Karma Group.

United Kingdom | 09 October 2024We stayed at Karma St Martins in the Scilly Isles. Hotel was great, very comfortable room, friendly hotel staff, great massage, excellent food. Weather was not great but still enjoyable, crossing quite stormy and a lot of people with sea sickness, maybe better to fly.
