Ocean water is pristine. One of the best in Bali. Food at Warung Pantai with Chef Mr Jeevraj, outstanding. If you want to relax and have fun, that's the place. The Sunset we saw from the Pool deck on 14-11-24 was better than Ulluwatu or Tanhalot 2 days earlier! Management should re-start the funicular bcoz the steps from temple or shuttle bus are not lit at night. Then we can dine late evening on the beach which is not possible now. We were not shown Mentari Apts. in 7 days of stay depsite multiple requests. Unable to decide whether to stay therein on our next visit.

Stayed at Jimbaran villas and always love this place every time I've been. Staff all very friendly and helpful with every request. Love using the Karma app to utilise the resort facilities and communicate with staff, eg. booking in- villa dinning. This experience is well worth doing. Till next time thank you.

Stay at Karma Haathi Mahal was Good. Nothing wrong about the Rooms, Infra, Staff, Cleanliness and ambience. I would like to rate 4 Star for Villas in which I stayed along with my family from 16-18 Nov. But, I would like to bring this to your notice that, Booking Karma resorts or any other properties of Karma is very laborious. Call does not get connected to Karma booking office through the mobile no. which was registered during getting Membership. I booked this stay from my spouse mobile No. which took 2-3 days for getting connected and receiving vacation confirmation email. Also, no transparency in deducting the points allotted. Through tele it was informed that 78 points will be utilised, whereas 105 points were deducted. All these points were brought to notice during the stay. In return Karma rep cited web site issues for irregularities in points utilisation. We were invited for buffet on discounted price, wherein we were introduced for upgradation of membership from regular to fractional ownership during the stay, which took 2-3hrs for explanation. Although we could not like the upgradation scheme and denied it politely. As a result the attitude of Karma Rep changed drastically and buffet discount was also cancelled.

First time in Bali with Family, Stay was pleasent, but need to Attantion some missing allotments at Karma Kandara..... Need to Major Improvement: 1. Breakfast..... Disaster Breakfast Everyday... Daily Same Breakfast, only one item got changed, one of the worst food experience.... Specially for Vegetarian.. Simply Pathetic...Need to Check with othe 5 star resorts for Breakfast....Need More verity for Vegetarian People and Need to menu changes everyday.....Big Big Improvement Required.. 2. Major Required in Villa, 10-15 Years Back Villa, Need to Major changes in Villa and make it more comfortable for guests...Specially Bed and Mattress, 3. Front Office Staff are excellent but very limited Power or Authority, Give him more authority to serve better to the guest, for every request they have to go to supervise for approval which is completely not good, they want to serve you better but don't have enough authority to take decision promptly. I was not able to sleep properly due to mattresses and request for give me other bed or extra mattress so I can sleep comfortably but staff is helpless and superior ask for Extra Charge if you need, So they are not bother about your comfort 5.One more missing is that as I am coming first time at Karma Kandara but the sales staff of supervisors are not bother to tell me about the resort and amenities not try to giving wow feeling, I don't know about the resort in depth, In India ther are marketing Karma Kanada like anything but in real not upto the mark, Good Part.... 1. House Keeping Service and Buggy Service... Truly feeling 7 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, one of the best Housekeeping Staff and Front Office Staff...Always ready to Help you in all manner.... Every Staff is Amazing and doing there duty with kind hear and with Great Smile... Salute to All Staff. I am very much happy if you take my feedback and work upon

Hi Team, I hope this message finds you well. Visiting places like Goa has always brought joy to our family, and we were really looking forward to our stay at Haathi Mahal. We had heard so many wonderful things about your resort, and our anticipation was quite high. However, I want to share that our experience fell short of our expectations. Unfortunately, we were assigned to a hotel unit instead of the villa we had hoped for, which left us feeling a bit disappointed. While we appreciate the overall comfort of our stay, it just didn’t capture the special experience we were aiming for. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. Experience was great enjoyed it thoroughly, limited with food choices as fixed menu daily, needs more variety. Staff excellent always at hand polite and obliging. Shuttle only takes you to the beach, Taxi is expensive and eating out is expensive the karma group always at hand to answer any questions and obliging to help out anytime. Is the Grab Taxi which is cheaper.

Our stay at Signature Collection , River Island was amazing. It's a large resort with four golf courses and has many culinary restaurants and cafes. River Island had its own private area and most nights there were events planned. The concierge were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them to sort out. Accommodation was excellent and had house cleaners every other day. A free shuttle service was on offer from 6am till late at night. Golf courses are amazing with very helpful staff. Would definitely revisit. A lot to see around Orange Lake and every day was adventurous. Hiring a car from the airport is advisable.

I and my family have been on the Karma Karnak 7 day Cruise on the Nile in Egypt from 17th October 2024 to 24th October 2024. The cruise commenced from Luxor at the Viking Dock. We boarded the Karma Karnakon 17th morning after our arrival by flight at Luxor airport and a 20 minute taxi ride to the Viking dock. We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Yasser and alloted our cabins immediately. The cabins are quite small, but I suppose that since it is a cruise boat it cannot be like a hotel room. The itinerary was shared with all the people joining the cruise and people could choose the site visits that they wanted and pay accordingly. Yaseer and Mohamed were our guides for the entire cruise, they were both very knowledgeable and also very experienced and hence we enjoyed their talks and stories about ancient Egypt at all the various sites and temples. In the evenings they ensured that there was entertainment on the boat and so there was never a dull moment in the evenings. The boat was very steady and so one does not get motion sickness. The food menu during the cruise was excellent, they catered to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, the was great variety each day and hence one could not get bored with the food through the week, which is a great achievement for the chef. I would like to thank Karma and all the staff on the boat including Yasser and Mohamed for the wonderful time that we had on the cruise and the sightseeing trips. Some improvements that could be made are a small library of books and a few gym equipments on the top deck.

Exceptional stay! warm hospitality. Spacious rooms, top-notch amenities. Relaxing spa, Perfect for couples, families. Kids' play area, friendly staff. 5/5 stars! Highly recommend for a blissful getaway. Many amenities, like jacuzzi, pools gym, etc. the villas are awesome. Walking distance from many shops. We had a family holiday which included both my sons, daughter in law and two grandchildren. This being their first time ever at Karma resort and they throughly enjoyed the great holiday at Haathi Mahal , Goa. All the help and hospitality received from Dylan Mascarenhas (The Manager) and the receptionist staffs Abdul, Swivel and Melissa. My Grandson has serious allergies and this was mentioned before arrival and can't thank enough to all the catering staff, and the serving staff especially the Chef Avijit and Kundan for the care taken to prepare the food for the seven days they were there. All of us used the Spa facilities and the massages were fantastic and really relaxing. So thank you goes to Subaidha,Varsha and Arlette and Ashwaria the Spa staff. Also would love to thank the housekeeping staff especially Johnson for keeping the villas all cleaned and immaculate on daily basis. The pool facilities were fantastic. The cavelossim beach is 10 minutes walk. This is one of the best Karma resorts we have visited so far. Highly recommended! Definitely come back soon hopefully next year.

Some Karma resorts are sub standard, some are breathtakingly good. Some are pretty beat up, and some are new or recently renovated. Membership is expensive, but they are definitely NOT scammers. That prohibitively high entry cost may be the reason some people are interested to join and perhaps get that exclusivity.

The fresh air and tranquillity of the place was amazing. The whole process of booking, arriving, getting settled in was simple. The units were obviously older in style, but had been nicely renovated I side. Nice thick, well underlayed carpet, lovely slate floors. The bathrooms were comfortable, well aerated and equipped. The kitchens were well fitted, with excellent fridges and microwaves and stove-tops. Enough utensils and crockery for six was provided too. Lovely comfy loungeroom, with windows looking out on to the bush and the lake. Also a fully functional laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer provided, and a bunch of sachets of washing powder. A balcony with table out the back, with six plastic outdoor chairs. Table and four comfy chairs in the kitchen. All in all, good units. Ours was immediately up from the lake and a fire-pit, the outdoor chess set, BBQ area . Brilliantly situated. The estate has a huge amount of grounds, with huge area on the lake. There are a golf driving range, mini-golf, bowling, and four tennis courts for outdoor entertainment. A big complex with gym, squash-court, swimming pool, two spas, table-tennis, lounges, and function room is also provided. All in all, an excellent place for holidays. There was a nice balcony

1) karma Sitabani not to associate self with Govt Safari rangers as they are crooks 2) karma to be honest with guests n inform them in advance of rough roads, no toilet facilities, absolutely no chances of sighting tigers. 3) for guests without transport, karma to transport safari guests to Ramnagar, meeting point for rangers. Govt guides are not at all required, as they are not bothered to sight n inform guests. Only involved in their mobiles 4) safari not recommended for elderly with medical issues and nausea feelings as vehicles suspension is horrible.

Awesome experience. Amazing hospitality by Karma staff. Had a Wonderful holiday with my family. I am highly satisfied and impressed. Everything was perfect ranging from quality of the rooms, facilities in the property, maintenance, service response time, food, sports and extra curricular activities and other amenities. Karma Royal Palms is one of my favorite properties. The open setup coupled with Goan charm is intoxicating. The property is still very well maintained. This time I found a new look restaurant with enhanced ambience. The menu has been revamped and dishes were good. The beach is just a short walk away. Only a small minus, any request from the room took very long to get addressed.

Our experience to Stay at Hathi mahal in Goa was perfect but our next stay at Karma Utopia in Manali was below average. The staff is very polite and extremely helpful. However, the breakfast everyday was mundane, boring and below average. On most days, the buffet items got depleted and food serving bowls were empty longer than you would've preferred. Had to keep on asking for same things to be refilled again and again. variety in the breakfast is very limited. one gets bored of it during 1 week of stay.
