It was one hell of a rollercoaster ride with 7th Avenue. My partner and I bought the 4 seat modular chaise sectional with the black onyx velvet covers. First, we absolutely loved Justin when we visited the showroom in SF. He was informative and helped us overall pick the right covers for our couch. We received an email from 7th Avenue customer support a week after we bought the couch stating that our couch was almost ready to be shipped. Now, Justin informed us beforehand that it was going to take up to 8 weeks for us to get the couch. My partner and I didn’t mind the wait. We finally got the couch on August 22nd and it came in multiple boxes. The only problem was that we received 16 out of 17 boxes. We were told that we were going to receive the last box in a few days but it never happened. It came to a point where I felt like we were forgotten and because there were multiple people in the customer support team, I felt like I had to repeat myself over and over. It was frustrating. Turns out, that last box ended up getting lost somewhere. FedEx is affiliated/partnered with 7th Avenue - and it would have been nice if there was communication from 7th Avenue regarding that lost box. For almost $6k couch, the customer service was unsatisfactory. We were so close to returning the couch and demanding for a full refund. The main thing that really turned it around for us is one of the customer support team member, Logun. He called me and admitted that we were basically put in the back burner and did everything in his power to make it right with the multiple inconveniences we were encountering (did I mention that the lumbar pillow failed QC which also delayed it being delivered to us?) Luckily, Logun made it so that he is our main point of contact and since he took over, the experience has been 1000x better. He gave us multiple updates, communicated with us and made us feel like we were priority. Because inventory had to be restocked, we had to wait another few weeks for the velvet covers we were missing to be shipped. To help remedy the situation, he offered to send us a set of fabrics for us to utilize for the time being. He also spoke to his manager and asked if we can get a free assembly since my partner and I didn’t want to assemble ourselves anymore after learning that the delivery was incomplete. Logun continued to also offer us another set of fabric covers of our choice as well. He was patient, kind and determined to make it right for my partner and I. Also, shout out to Drew who ensured me thst due to the failed QC and delay of the lumbar pillow, he would send us extra throw pillows for the time being. Truthfully, Logun is the only reason why we gave 7th Avenue a 4 star review. The couch itself is amazing. It’s soft, the depth is perfect and it can withstand our puppy’s muddy paws. We can easily clean it off no problem. Plus it’s helpful to know that we can sleep on the couch without having to worry about inhaling toxic chemicals since the fabric itself is supposed to be non-toxic. It’s everything we hoped for. We’ll see how it is in a few years but so far so good! If you have any problems, ask for Logun. He’ll for sure help you out :)

I bought the couch on Black Friday, last year. We received it January 23rd, so a little over 8 weeks. Within the first week, my daughter spilt lipgloss on it. I immediately washed it. But with it being oil, it didn’t come out. I reached out and they were nice enough to send 3 replacement covers, because it was brand new. I will say, the couch is comfortable but it looks WORN. The covers have unraveling threads, and have pilled on high traffic areas. I would say, if you have kids or animals choose a dark color. I bought an oatmeal/sand color and it shows everything. If you spill water, you’ll have to wash otherwise it will cause a stain.

I bought a solar wreath for my husband's grave. One of the red petals was missing leave a gap in the flower. The top and bottom of the metal stake did not line up . One of the holes was too small so cannot heighten it like it should be. I looked for a return label on my order and it looked like it had been taken off. When I chatted online about this I was told he'd connect me with an expert and wanted me to pay money to even talk to him. I didn't trust this and stopped my chat. I doubt I will order from these people again . I liked them because of the unique things but the aggravation isn't worth it. it seems I made a honest mistake on the name of the company. It was Seventh Avenue . Sorry about that folks.

We love our new natural white couch! With 7 cats in our home, we searched for a while for the best pet friendly option. Our experience in the Houston showroom with Nick was comfortable and he really took the time to help us choose the best orientation and depth for our needs. Set up was easy to follow with the videos provided, my husband and I were able to put it together in a few hours. Finally, their online customer service is very quick and everyone is very kind and helpful. Shay helped me out when I reached out asking if we could be included in the Fall Sale even after missing it by a few days. Will definitely be recommending 7th Avenue to our friends and family and we are already eyeing the emerald green velvet couch next!

The customer service is great at 7th Avenue from the showroom to their support via email. Logun and Drew are very responsive and addressed all of my concerns and questions. I had an issue with a pillow that arrived in defective condition, and they were quick to send me a replacement. The couch itself is great and worth the investment! Highly recommend buying their products!

My family already heard great reviews prior to purchasing this couch. In fact, other family members had already purchased and we fell in love when they had it. We’ve done a ton of research on other brands and still found 7th Avenue on top based on quality and needs. We walked into the Newport store and spoke with Logan. He made the process easy and assuring with the real estate we have in our living room. We were in and out within 15 minutes. The mock up drawing and invoice was sent right away. We were expecting to wait 6 weeks BUT it came within 2 weeks. Thank you Logan for the quality service. The delivery guys, Ray and Gabe, were super professional and helpful. I couldn’t stand watching and not helping with the set up. They took their time to show me how to put it together with them. Solid workers. Thanks!

Great quality craftsmanship. Easy to assemble. Love the modularity of the couches while still retaining a high quality product. Had an issue with 2 zippers on cushions but within minutes of getting ahold of customer service they addressed my issues. Luis was amazing and quick to provide me updates on the status of my issue and address all minor issues with my products. The customer service alone will keep me coming back for additional furniture.

From showroom to install, the entire process purchasing this couch from 7th Avenue was amazing. The customer service was refreshingly top notch at every turn, and we are OBSESSED with our couch. It’s comfortable, it’s gorgeous, and I love how versatile it is! I definitely recommend having 7th Avenue set up install for you if it’s an option.

the couch is amazing and super comfy and big. originally wanted the RH cloud couch but this couch is much better. the natural white complements my house vibe so well. my husband and I sat on sooooo many couches before deciding on this one. I got really annoyed at how many other couches had this unsettling crinkly sound/sensation when you sit on it. I love how you can remove the covers and get new ones bc having cats and dog ofc inevitably the fabric will get shredded. now i don’t have to buy a whole new couch. customer service is top notch. the delivery guys were very on time and assembled it quickly which really saved me a lot of headache. this couch is an extremely well thought design so kudos to the designers. tbh I have 0 complaints.
