I recently purchased a couch and I couldn't be happier with my experience. You can test the couch in the store and buy it if you feel it's comfortable and appealing. From the beginning, the customer service I received was outstanding. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond. I was also very impressed with the delivery process, which was seamless and on time.

OMAR and CAMARILLO This review is solely based on my delivery/assembly experience, and not on the couch. Unfortunately I am returning the couch back due to a few issues - low back, keep running into the base box of the couch, a little too soft in terms of firmness of the couch. However, Omar and Camarillo should receive 5 star high praises for their professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work. Thank you 7th Ave for hiring such proficient guys to get the work done in an impeccable manner.

I ordered the 2-seat sofa with an ottoman extra depth. The ottoman arrived broken. The customer service person made a video call and was able to find out what the issue was. They said they would let me know what to do with the broken piece ASAP but was not told what to do even after 24 hours. The quality seems to be lacking. I just bought it yesterday, so I am contemplating returning it within the available return period due to poor quality. I saw a rip in the fabric as well. The design decision to include the fabric to cover the holes that are needed to join with the screws and how hard it was to find and do the assembly itself, I don't think in good conscience I could recommend it to anyone. The customer care is awesome and was very helpful but after seeing the quality of the fabric and materials it is made with, I would not recommend it.

What a pleasant experience! The delivery team was superb they arrived on time, and were so flexible (our landlords had scheduled a tree trimming service unbeknownst to us), but that luckily didn't stop the delivery! The team was friendly and put together the sofa efficiently, I definitely would recommend 7th Avenue sofas!

Excellent customer service - there was an issue with the base of one of the sectionals, they sent a replacement that same day and didn't require us to return the damaged piece which would have taken a lot of time and effort, given the size of the piece. Extremely friendly and responsive customer service, a couple of weeks after our purchase they launched a 10% of sale on all products, I gave them a call and they retroactively applied the discount to our order, so we should receive the refund in a couple of days!

The customer service from 7th Avenue has been great From Patricia at the San Francisco showroom, to Drew and Shay, from online customer service. Interactions are always pleasant and responses are always quick.

The couch was great at first but 8 months later the cushions slant downwards and are super uncomfortable. We got the natural white and dirt settles in the seams and is impossible to get out. So it hasn’t even been a year and it looks dirty, dingy, and is super uncomfortable. At over $5000 I wish I had returned it.

7th avenue had everything I was looking for in a couch! We have 3 dogs and o needed something that would be easy to keep clean. We bought the oatmeal beige and it’s the perfect neutral for our space. We received our couch around 8-10 weeks after ordering and it’s so comfortable!! The fabric isn’t as soft as other fabrics on the market but it’s not stiff like outdoor fabric either. It’s very durable and easy to keep clean. The covers were pretty wrinkled upon arrival but my hand held steamer worked great to get them wrinkle free. We added extra stuffing to the back cushions but have plenty leftover. Everything connected together seamlessly. We’ll most likely be ordering an armless piece to add to extend onto our ottoman side at some point. My only hesitation in purchasing this couch was the low back. You can’t even tell as the back cushions are very full. Overall, this has been the best couch purchase we’ve ever made!!! And our dogs think we purchased a couch for them as we’d previously gone about 10 months without a couch due to home renovations. It’s nice to cozy up in it after working all day!

I ordered this couch because we have dogs and I wanted something that was easy to keep clean. I’ve been look for a specific couch for a few years and this was honestly everything I didn’t want in a couch. I have a bohemian style of decor in my home and I thought I would make this couch work. When I received it I instantly knew it was not going to work. I was so disappointed! But the company was so incredibly understanding and gave me no problems at all in returning the couch. They covered the cost of shipping it back and refunded my money in less than 2 weeks. So although the couch isn’t my style the company is absolutely 5 star to work with. I wish more companies were this easy to work with.

Super disappointed in the sofa and regret the purchase. I love the look and style of the sofa but for 8k, the quality is NOT there. The fabric feels cheap. I have had to steam iron the sofa multiple times because it gets extremely wrinkled every time you sit on it (like a pair of linen pants) The cushions get visibly lumpy and are uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time. The latch system for the modular pieces is terrible and can be challenging to line up and screw in. The material ripped the first time I tried it. I have had sofas from room and board/ crate and barrell and RH at similar or less price points and the quality was SO much better. I really wanted to love this sofa but three months in and I wish I would have returned it.

Shay and Patricia were so great and helpful throughout the decision making and purchase of our couch! We just bought a new home and I’d been looking at a lot of different modular and stain resistant furniture brands. I really liked the look of and material of 7th avenue couches. We did a virtual showing with Patricia who was really pleasant to talk to and she answered a lot of our questions. We ordered the standard / classic 4-Seat Modular Chaise Sectional. It wasn’t hard to put together after you figure out the first chair section. We realized after a few days we regretted not getting the deeper seats and I reached back out to Patricia, who made the exchange process so fast and efficient! Shay assisted us with the return of the standard / classic seat cushions. Other than how comfortable the couch is and how durable it is with our two little dogs, Patricia and Shay are a big reason why I would buy more pieces from 7th avenue in the future and will recommend to friends.

Love this sofa. Large, comfortable, and the fact it is modular and parts can be easily swapped in and out and cleaned is fantastic as we have cats! The installers (white glove) Cesar and Ivan were great. Quick, efficient, and very respectful of our home.
