Great customer service from start to finish. Love the product. Comfortable . Cost is on point. Modularity is ideal in case we move. Love that it has the option for deep seats. Easy to clean feature is most desirable. Travis was very helpful, took his time answering all our questions at the show room, helped with the order that way we didn’t miss any specifications and order the wrong couch!! Aaron and Gabe were our last contact with 7th Ave and they were respectful, considerate, wore shoe coverings, washed their hands before assembling, made sure pillows were to my liking by suggesting I sit and test couch comfort, then stuffed them further with pillow fluff, and time efficient from arrival to assembly to departure. They also removed all boxes/trash the couch came in. Very excited to enjoy this product.

My mother in law went to look at the couch for us. She was greeted with someone who was very rude and clearly hated their job. He wouldn’t let her sit or look at the couches even though there was no one in there. She had to sit and wait until her appt time which she showed up early for. From a distance she said the couches were wrinkly and very low to the ground.

Absolutely in love with this couch! Aaron & Gabe were extremely communicative. They put together the sofa in no time. I got the pure white, they took extra precaution washing their hands before assembly. Overall extremely great service. Very impressed.

From the charming and knowledgable Travis in the West Hollywood showroom, who helped me figure out which configuration was best for me... to the A+ delivery team of Aaron and Jose, who went above and beyond their jobs (they even repositioned my rug a couple times!), this has been one of the most positive purchase experiences of my life. I've only had it a few hours, but I love my sofa and highly recommend 7th Avenue.

From the showroom to delivery day, I only had positive interactions with everyone at 7th Ave! Travis was super helpful and kind in the showroom and Aaron and Jose were so fast, helpful, and punctual on delivery day. I have had an amazing experience with 7av from when I first went to the store to look, all the way through my delivery day. Travis in West Hollywood helped me with the design and showed me the great perks of the coach, Patricia in San Francisco helped me with a virtual appointment to look at my space and narrow down the color. Aaron and Jose were awesome when they delivered my couch. They brought all the boxes up to my second floor apartment and put it together for me, and took all the boxes with them on their way out so no clean up at all. I absolutely love the coach itself, it’s so comfortable, simple to put together, and looks great in my apartment. Everyone through the whole experience has been a pleasure to talk to and so helpful and informative I would definitely recommend this company and this coach 😄

Couch was delivered two days ago. The team that showed up was professional and friendly. They wore booties to keep my apartment clean while they worked. I think they assembled the couch in 30 mins or so. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. 7th Ave seems to really take to heart the customer experience, not just on product quality but from start to finish. Also, big shout out to Travis in the LA showroom. He was wonderful to deal with and super helpful.

I just got my couch delivered yesterday and Aaron and Alex were wonderful. They came ahead of time and was very prompt. The customer service was awesome and they were very helpful. I never went to a showroom so they were really patient with me and showed me how to put the couch together. I would recommend the A-team EVERY time.

Awesome experience with 7th Avenue from start to finish. Visited the showroom in West Hollywood and had an awesome time picking the best couch color/ customized set up that would work best in our space. The delivery team sent updates about my order and was able to connect via text for best delivery date. Best customer service ever! The couch itself is gorgeous and we’ve received countless compliments. It’s SO comfy and we’re obsessed with it. Love how it’s modular so we can add to it or move it around if we move to a new spot.

The perfect couch does exist !! 7th avenue really does have the perfect couch and the best customer service . My husband and I went with the 5 seat modular corner lounger sectional in natural white and we are so happy with it. Josh and Kevin are so helpful and answered any questions I had. I was blown away by their team ! They arrived on time and were so kind. They moved our old couch into the garage and quickly setup our new couch ! They were very good about checking in and making sure I liked how/where they were setting it up . We couldn’t be happier with our couch and the amazing service ! I will always recommend 7th Avenue to friends and family from here on out .

So professional and gentle with the furniture. They even brought shoe covers and wore them right before they came in to the house. They gave me a demo on how to rearrange the couch for the future if I wanted to.

I went to the 7th avenue showroom over in Newport beach and was blown away by the couch. I ended up with a 5-Seat Modular Corner Lounger Sectional that actually got delivered a month ahead of schedule. The delivery itself was great, and I paid for professional assembly. The team that assembled my couch were very efficient, considerate, and cleaned up everything perfectly. They even moved my rug that was underneath the couch to fit the look I was going for. Would definitely recommend them!
