EDIT: May 2024 Logun deserves an absolute RAISE! I've never had a company so thoroughly address all of my concerns in such a timely and caring manner. Logun from the concierge team reached out to me about all of my concerns and helped me address them with a wonderful attitude and loads of help. We were able to exchange the fabric and the new fabric has helped with all the issues below. I love love love my 7th avenue couch! Only thing to note is that the fulfillment team is still confused most of the time, but Logun definitely fixed any issues very quickly. With how sweet the support team is, even if it took forever, I'd love working out any issues with them. Thanks so much Logun! I've had the couch for about 6th months in Extra deep in the color natural white. Here are some of my thoughts. - Couch Comfort: The extra deep version of this couch is incredible. It's nice to be able to stretch my legs and sit however I want. Also it's great to nap on IF you're in certain positions. When you lay down at the end of the couch you can usually feel the connectors and it actually kinda hurts. The fabric is also pretty itchy sometimes so I recommend using blankets on the couch when you're laying down to avoid any irritation -- 4/5 stars. - Couch Maintenance: The amount of fluffing/rotating isn't as bad as other couches like this, but the cushions slide SO much, even with the velcro. It's honestly such a pain. Even with the velcro at the bottom. Also the cushions get weirdly warped sometimes based on how people sit -- 2/5 - Stain/Water resistant: I went to the showroom and saw all the videos, but when it comes to real life use, this couch isn't really as resistant as one would think. For tiny marks stains come out easily, but for bigger stains it can take MULTIPLE washes just to fade. We haven't stained the couch many times, but my nephew got ketchup on the couch and we wiped it up immediately, used all the things we were supposed too, and then had to wash it 3 times. It's still very lightly there so we'll have to try dry cleaning. I did get other things on it though a few times and some of it came out easily and some took multiple washes despite being addressed immediately -- 3/5 stars. - Customer Service/Sales: Both very very very nice teams! 5/5 stars. - Fulfillment Center: Jesus christ this fulfillment center is a mess. We originally ordered the 4 piece sectional and they didn't send us the damn seats + sent extra other things. I realized this and called in and they said to wait to make sure they didn't come in before sending more. Then we wanted to order a middle seat extension to make it a 5 piece sectional and the SAME thing happened. So many pieces that weren't what we needed. SUCH a headache and honestly took so many of our days away because we had to cancel plans to be here to sign for the incorrect packages like 3 different times -- 1/5. - Pet Friendly: My pets love it and it stands up pretty well to their nails/paws/running which is great. But getting the HAIR off/out of the cushions is a CHORE. Even after washing, and my kitten doesn't even have long hair. It just gets stuck and takes lint roller(s) to actually get SOME of it out. It's so frustrating! -- 3/5. Overall, its a pretty nice couch, but for $5k it's def not worth it, at least with the covers I have. Maybe one of their other fabrics would be better and be less itchy with better velcro, but overall a competitor might have a better bang for the buck. I'll likely have the couch for a very long time because it was a big splurge purchase, but overall not worth it imo.

I bought this couch unseen even though I live close to a few showrooms. The process of ordering was simple and I received my couch 4 weeks after ordering! The material is so soft and the color is exactly as pictured! The customer service overall from beginning to end was great! A huge shoutout to the two guys who delivered our couch, Cesar & Ivan! My delivery window was 3:00-6:00pm, but at 1:00pm, I received a call and said that they could come deliver the couch even earlier than the original timeframe, which worked for us! They showed up and were very friendly and professional. They fixed this couch up really quickly and even took the time to wash their hands before putting the covers on to ensure our covers stayed clean! Overall, we have been satisfied with our experience and our couch so far!!

I went to the LA showroom and was treated exceptionally and the experience was great. The turnaround time was much faster than anticipated and the set up service was flawless. I highly recommend this company and am thrilled with my new couch!!!

Alex and Alejandro arrived earlier than expected which allowed me to return to the scheduled day! Professional, fast, and efficient was what I was expecting and what was received. Set everything all up and didn’t leave a trail of a mess. All boxes, bags, leftover fluff went out the door upon their departure. Great experience overall

Great delivery experience. Alejandro and Homar delivered in terrible weather without any issues. They were really fast, made no mess, and assembled the couch perfectly.

We really like the comfort and modularity of the couch, but are disappointed by the fabric. Ordered the performance white because we have 2 dogs and 3 young kids in the house. Had the couch for less than 6 months and stains/dirt do not completely come out in the washing machine and fabric is piling. Would likely purchase again but definitely pick a different fabric.

Truly a work of art. Alex and Alejandro unboxed and put together the couch in less than 30 minutes and did all of the big lifting and assembling. Absolutely appreciated how timely and wonderful it all went. Thank you - in love with this couch already!

William at the showroom in Newport was awesome in helping us purchase our couch for our new home! Alejandro and Homar delivered and set up our couch, they were super efficient and helpful. They even help move over our old couch and made sure to handle the new couch assembly with care and that it was in the perfect position for us. Great customer experience from William at the Newport location. He was very friendly and personable. It only took 2 weeks to get our beautiful sofa. I received a call 10 minutes prior to delivery and they were right on time. Alex and Alejandro went out of their way to help remove our old couches to the garage. They were both very helpful, friendly and set up our sofa quickly. We absolutely love our new sofa it’s modern and cozy. Oh and the pups love it as well. Alex and Ray could not have been more professional, kind, helpful, and efficient. They gave us a heads-up to when they would be coming to deliver the couch days in advance, followed up day-of and were right on time. They helped us move some furniture around, got the sofa built quicker than I could imagine, cleaned up, and were gone....but... ... the real testament to how fantastic Alex and Ray are is that they came back 10 minutes after they had already left to help us when we realized we needed to move the chaise to the opposite side of the couch a move another sofa to storage. Thank you Alex and Ray for being such great people and professionals! Great experience. It is comfortable, looks beautiful, and we can not recommend 7th Ave highly enough.

Update review: Customer service reached out immediately. I was really worried that it was scam but it is not, they offered to sent a new one but I just don't trust that the sofa is good after this experience, they sent a mover to pickup the boxes, they made the refund, they were very kind. It just didn’t work out for me. I still think that the package was not what I expected. I am disappointed for the time that invested looking for the sofa and waiting and also the bad experience. I hope they improve their package quality after this, not only the boxes were damaged, it was the sofa itself. —————— Don’t buy it, this is not worth it, be careful they are scam, I bought one modular, now I have a pile of garbage, trying to return, I waited almost 2 months, they sent this, it is obvious that it doesn’t have any quality you can just see how the package came, the sofa was in one box without any protection, probably it was damage in the transportation but a quality company will never sent a sofa without protection in the box, I hope this review can help someone, I regret to even fall for this company, it 6 thousand and I got a pile of garbage in return.
