At first I loved my new couches, but after living with them for over 9 months I wish I hadn't bought them. I purchased this couch because I really wanted white couches but I have three small children and I was concerned about staining. Ultimately, I decided to buy because of all the good reviews and videos of the couches resisting all types of liquids. Fast forward 9 months and after washing my covers several times on cold with mild detergent, all of the "water repelling" features have completely disappeared. Now when something is accidentally spilled, it soaks right into the fabric and the fabric does not perform well against stains. My entire couch looks stained, dirty, and rather gross. Far from what I wanted! Of course this company does not warranty their covers or fabrics. I'd gladly take my money back because the only reason I bought this couch - the liquid stain resistance - literally went down the drain.

This couch is INCREDIBLE and even better than we imagined! We were in the middle of a cross-country military move and decided that it was time to get a new couch. We had been thrifting couches over the past few years and nothing was hitting the mark. We realized that we needed to invest in a quality couch and when my wife stumbled upon this one (thank you Tik-Tok), we were sold! When I called about the couch, I reached the Las Vegas location and got in touch with Cameron. He was polite, respectful, and helpful, and made it easy for us to place our order to line up with our move from SC to CA. He answered every question we had and put us at ease with our order! Fast forward to right before our move and we got the notice that our couch would be ready to ship. We were stoked! The only issue was that the shipment was ready over a week early. Thankfully, Monique and Drew were able to help us delay the shipment after we confirmed the address. Unfortunately, during our trip, the shipment ended up getting sent before we arrived, but we were able to coordinate with the FedEx driver for the drop-off at our new home. Even though there was a hiccup, the customer service team (thanks again to Drew and Monique!) was incredibly respectful and understanding, and they did everything they could to help us out! When we arrived, I began piecing together the couch as quickly as we could. It took me about an hour and a half to get it done, which included watching the tutorial video on YouTube twice, unboxing, etc. I put together the entire 6-seat modular sofa on my own while my wife took care of unpacking our kitchen and bedroom boxes. I highly recommend having two people for assembly, but you can still get it done with one, though the corner seats are a little tricky with lining the holes up. Now for the couch review... We've only had this couch for two days and WE LOVE IT! It is cozy, durable, stylish, and easy to maintain/clean. We have a 4-year-old cat and a 6-month-old French Bulldog that are putting this couch through the FULL TEST, and it has passed with flying colors. Our cat got into the chimney and ended up getting several black spots onto the pure white fabric, but it only took a Lysol wipe and warm water/paper towel to clean them up! We all love how comfy it is and plan on using it for many sleep-in move nights and as a guest bed for our friends/family. If you're in the market for a QUALITY and COMFY couch... YOU NEED THIS COUCH!

I customized the couch and it sat in the cart for about a month before I finally pulled the trigger. Don't be like me - pull the trigger, you will NOT regret it. This is the BEST couch, it is so comfortable and I love being able to move the sections around for more seating or to accommodate more of a bed style for movie nights. My puppy peed on the couch and I removed the cushions, laid flat to dry and put it back on the couch the next day and it was just like new again. A few months later, my cat couldn't get to the litter box because I had the door closed on accident, the cat PEED and POOPED on the couch. I lost my ish. The covers went in the wash and came out like BRAND NEW but the cushions and cushion covers were soaked with pee. I emailed support to order new cushions and cushion covers and a back up cover (the one that goes in the wash - so next time I can just replace it while I wait for the other one in the wash). They literally replaced them for FREEE. I don't know if they will always do that, I was going through some things with my puppy being attacked by some dogs and that is why the door was closed and the cat couldn't get to the bathroom trying to manage pets and them being safe while the puppy recovered from her surgery. Anyway, the couch is unbelievable and after puppy pee, cat pee and poop the couch is going to be perfect as soon as I receive the cushions and covers which were already shipped FOR FREE. I cannot tell you guys the customer service they have, it's out of this world. One thing I forgot, FEDEX left all the damn boxes in my driveway, which that is not their fault, I let them know about that and they refunded the delivery and assembly. They go above and beyond in every way. So yeah. Buy the damn couch. You will not regret it. Think about it, a couch is an investment, it's the centerpiece of your living space. Just do it. :)

We ordered the four person sofa in natural white and love it! I’ve wanted a white sofa but feared it would get dirty with our pup, but it cleans easy and even after washing the cover it’s like brand new. Customer service is very responsive and wonderful as well!

Fernando and Aaron are the MVP’s! They set up our couch late on a weekend when we were on a time crunch for our baby shower. They treated our home as their own, were super friendly, and got the job done at an unorthodox time. We cannot thank everyone enough who made that happen. Another shoutout to the owner Billy. He truly truly cares about his customers and you can tell by the quality of the couch and the service you receive. Just make sure you plan accordingly as these couches seem to be in high demand! Lead times are over 10 weeks, so make sure you get your order in quick. Once again, thank you 7th Avenue.

Save yourself the disappointment and money, do not buy with 7th avenue. After waiting over 12 weeks for delivery despite multiple attempts to get an update during the “8-12 week window”, it took an angry call to finally get the couch shipped out. Once it arrived, I found out how difficult the set-up is. It took several hours and a lot of frustration. I was sent a cover with stains on it, the wrong size seat cushion, and multiple pieces that don’t line up correctly due to being cheaply made. Still in the process of getting these issues resolved and no sense of urgency from the 7th Avenue customer service team.

I am a real nerd when it comes to research. So when I say the quality for the money my purchase is outstanding. I cannot enough great things about the experience. Aaron the installer did a fantastic job. He was on-time, courteous, clean, expertly knowledgeable and fast. But my She-hero was Lisa. When I learned that my area was outside of the normal boundaries of where their installers traveled to this wonder woman jumped into action. When it became challenging to fine suitable assemblers iny area. She dug her heels in and sent me the best installer from her own office. She turned a disappointment into a triumph. If you are undecided about purchasing, don't wait. The product is great and the service is off the chart. Philip Berry

I made it clear when purchasing that this couch was going into a house with a messy toddler and a clumsy husband… Within two weeks of delivery, my husband spit, not spilled for easy cleanup but spit, red wine all over every piece of our new couch. The next week, my son sat on a chocolate chip and bounced around the couch on it, getting it all melty and smeared. The next week, he squished a few cherry tomatoes on it. And just recently, ate an entire box of blackberries, then vomited them all over the couch 😊 Eight months later, the couch still looks like new! Our experiences aren’t quite as fun to watch as the Instagram videos, but more impressive in my opinion 😉 Just buy it!

I never write reviews , but I absolutely needed to write one for this company. For those of you that may be on the fence about ordering a sofa online, do not hesitate on ordering from this company as they are the best ! The ordering process was seamless. They were so helpful designing the perfect configuration and size to fit my space. The delivery from scheduling to the actual delivery was 5 stars. The two amazing people that delivered the sofa were so sweet, kind and beyond professional. They were on time, efficient and very clean, folding boxes as they unpacked and washing their hands before they put on the slipcovers. The actual sofa EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! It fit my space beautifully and it is the most gorgeous comfy sofa I have ever purchased. For reference, I purchased the pure white and ordered the firmer back cushions which still have the cushy feel but with just a little more support/ shape. I am obsessed !!!!!

We just moved into our home and didn’t know which brand we wanted to go with for our modular sectional, but kept seeing 7th Avenue ads and decided to checkout the Houston showroom. We wanted something of high quality, affordable, durable, extra-deep, stain resistant, washable, hypo-allergenic, comfortable with a little firmness, locking mechanism to keep cushions connected, and fitted covers to create a seamless look. 7th Avenue checked all the boxes for us and Christian was a pleasure to work with. Christian answered any and every question, helped me narrow down my color selection, and show us pictures of the couch in homes to get a better feel for how the couch would look in our space. It was a great experience and the hardest part has been waiting excitedly in anticipation of the delivery of the couch. I look forward to being apart of the 7th Avenue family for years to come!

Christian was phenomenal! We wanted a light colored couch but we have two little ones. We drove to Houston just to meet with Christian and to see if 7th Avenue’s couches would work for us. He was knowledgeable, patient, and a true partner as we made a decision. We’ll definitely be back to purchase more furniture from him.

Our experience buying a 7th Avenue sofa was one of the easiest things I’ve done in awhile!!!!! Cameron answered all my questions, when I texted him some other questions. He answered fast! He was in on his day off when we came down to show my husband. (I didn’t ask before we came). He was there working on a project and opened up just for us! I’ve been looking for a sofa for YEARS! This one felt right from the very 1st time i sat on it!!

Our new sectional looks amazing in our newly remodeled family room. We have two kids and wanted a light colored sectional that was easy to clean and this fits the bill. Aaron and Gabe did a great job assembling and cleaning up when they were done.
