I followed up with phone calls to the NZ , Australia & London numbers , but there is the usual voice recording with no pick up at the prompts after more than 30 mins wait Positive The live chat is where i had my issues resolved in 10 mins with a live agent .

Due to a lapsed subscription (my fault) which was overlooked by several days, and needing to renew my subscription for 2 years so I can receive emails again, I am currently unable to access my onlydomains account, and therefore can’t renew subscription. Sadly I have got next to zero customer service in the last 4 a 5 days ie no help via: - numerous emails (including to Lea where I thought I was getting somewhere early last week, but absolutely nothing back from her since) - Ticket ID #3071514 - Chat function on website - Many Phone calls to Sydney & Melbourne onlydomains offices; - Nobody answering the phone (calls ring out) - Request to be telephoned back - ignored. Help, surely this is not hard to fix!
