Great Service Our phone lines were down in the Practice and it was looking like a complicated fix, and probably needing to get an engineer out to fix it. Ben did a thorough investigation, and with A LOT of guidance from him, he was able to ascertain what the problem was and was able to fix it remotely.

I was impressed with the experience and good customer service offered, namely by Oliver Budd, who responded to my emails in a speedy/timely manner and rectified and amended some technical issues for our practice, he even threw in a user guide.
