We have had the pleasure of seeing tony a couple of times this month trying to sort out our internet connection and he has been such a delight ! We want him here all the time ! . He has been super helpful and super friendly .

Engineer Arben arrived promptly and was a joy to have in the office. Efficiently and quitely went about the install. Receptive to the various questions I threw at him regarding call diverts etc. Resolved some tech issues without drama. Very good comms with Global 4 pre install also.

Having recently changed over systems Jack and Ben have been patient and understanding at all times. My lack of knowledge of the software/service provided did not phase them at all and they explained everything without the need for 'techy speak'. Customer Service is outstanding - thank you for taking the time to ensure we received the service we needed.
