Matthew was great. He was in installing our new phones in the dental practice. He gave good support to our team during the installation as he gave us training on how to use the phones. He also make do disruptions to our work whilst pateints were in etc.

We have been experiencing an issue with dropped calls for a while and have never been able to resolve the issue. I spoke with Dipak Chanda who was able to liaise with our IT provider, detect the fault on our line and arranged for a BT call out to rectify the issue, so far so good.

Tony came to our office today in Northampton. He did a fab job super friendly and went above and beyond.

Global 4 has been super helpful in setting up our internal inbound calls. Jason and Oli have been assisting us and I couldn't ask for them to be any more helpful! Wonderful!!

We had an issue with our incumbent MaaS360 licencing provider which became a real problem for us in terms of managing our mobile phone provision. As soon as we approached the guys at Global 4, they were straight on the case to offer options, advice and solutions. The guys there managed to completely resolve our issues in a relatively seamless, timely and efficient manner. Special mention must go to Graeme and John who were our main contacts throughout this process from initial enquiry through to resolution. Nothing was ever a problem for these guys, they were diligent, knowledgeable and provided us with key information at important times. We were very happy with the service provided.
