Over the last few months we've transitioned to the 8x8 phone system provided by Global4 and have worked with Ben E who has been fantastic. Very responsive to queries, happy to help on fault finding and training needs. All in all he's made what could have been an incredibly stressful project very straightforward and I can't commend him enough for that.

Tony came into the Leamington Branch today and helped us fix 2 ports in the office, allowing us access for another phone. He got this done in less than an hour and was very helpful and friendly!

Liam recently came to our office to survey, install and setup our company 8x8 VOIP phone system. Liam was with us for two days and worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth deployment of the system across all departments. They were professional, courteous and efficient, and I would not hesitate in recommending them to others. Updated 20/03/2023 I would like to add to my previous review. What I didn't know at the time was how good the after-sales service was going to be. I can tell you now, it is just as good as the service provided when we first joined Global 4. I would like to mention Joe Francis in particular for the speed in which he provided a new handset, chasing couriers, and keeping me informed every step of the way.

The service received from Global 4 for both my new broadband fttp and digital phone system was fantastic. They kept me fully informed throughout the process including delays with the new fibre as a result of a duct blockage from Openreach. The technical team also were superb in remotely setting up the new phones and the portal. So vey pleased.

Liam was very professional and friendly he helped us with our internet ports and fixing our printer that was out of action for over 2 weeks which no one could help fix and then Liam came along and within an hour had all of her internet ports working and printer thank you so much Liam for getting our office back up and running!
