Having spent most of the day lamenting the lack of decent service across the board, Tony Hughes (a Global4 communications engineer) called in to see if all was well with our broadband which he set up 18 months ago and if we had any concerns. Well no was the answer to that. Moral of the story? Don't tar everyone with the same brush. There are some that care and do their job properly.

Just switched my telecoms to Global 4 and the transition dealt with by Jack Kidd was exceptional, he kept me informed in every step and his attention to detail in ensuring the transition went as planned which it did. Ben it tech support was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for him in helping to reconfigure our handsets to ensure we had no downtime which we didn't. Great company. Engineers Liam attended our office and explained everything we needed to know and was super friendly. Would certainly recommend.

Ben gave clear instructions and introduced us to various shortcuts that will make using the system much more intuitive. He answered all our questions from the simple to the more complicated and ensured that everyone was confident with the instructions before moving on.

I am not great with Tech / phones alike so called the main office and got through to Joe Francis who was more that helpful and spent time on taking me through the set up of the new phone and transfering data etc.. thank you Joe you are a credit to your company.
