Was overall impressed with the quality of the garments. It was exactly as it appeared in the picture which is excellent. And although the skirt was fine, the blouse was too big, even though I had measured myself properly. I am now getting it re-tailored which is a hassle but apart from this I was very satisfied with the detail of the work and the fabric. Thanks.

Dont trust this people at all. Ordered 3 sarees 20 days ago or more than that. It says will ship in 8 to 10 days. It's been more than 20 days, now getting email saying items you ordered are out of stock, please choose another from the website. Now I am loosing my trust for this online shopping from India because of people like these. Same bad experience I had before with some other websites...one of them is Mirraw.com, what they show is not what you get...lot cheap material ..

Living in Australia and having a Hindu wedding ceremony in England required shopping creatively by video calling Aso Palav in India. It was an efficient service and Kavya arranged a few outfits for me to view as per my requirements. Unfortunately and fortunately I chose a bridal lehenga on Kavya’s whatsapp profile picture which was sold out but could be made within 6-8 weeks, a huge risk given our wedding was in 8 weeks and the lehenga needed to be posted to England. Kavya arranged for the tailor to video call and, with the help of my partner, measurements were taken. The finished bridal lehenga was almost perfect with a small 1/2 inch to take in on the blouse by a tailor in England. My outfit was ready a week earlier and received almost two weeks before our wedding day. The material and finishing of the lehenga was of high quality and I couldn’t have been happier with my outfit. Many compliments were received by our wedding guests.

People sitting on the other side are really rude and does not go back and forth to help a customer rather they would just give customer a hard time even though they know customer is overseas and not in India but they don’t care. All they care is about MONEY. Also they over charge for the people living overseas, there is a huge price difference for people in India and people overseas. I would recommend you to buy in Indian rupees and get it mailed to your relatives in india and it will be more cheaper if they will ship it for you
