In the exchange policy, there was no indication about not being able to exchange custom tailored outfits. So when I inquired, I was told that i wouldn’t be allowed to exchange and would just have to order another size of the same suit (with no room for a lowered price). Since there is no clear statement in the exchange policy, many of your customers may be confused by why they are unable to exchange. For future customers, please make it known in the exchange policy that custom tailored outfits WILL NOT be accepted.

I ordered an eid outfit for my daughter. The customer service provided by Garima Shah was exceptional! She worked with me on a daily basis all the way through to making sure the dress got to us in time for eid. Considering how late in the day it was, that was not an easy feat to pull off but she did it! At the same time, she was understanding, encouraging, helpful and professional. The outfit is very pretty and fits well. The only thing I would suggest for future is to add a zip to dresses that are not loose fitting - this would make it easier to don and doff the outfit. Thank you!!

It was a very good experience especially for my first time shopping through video call. Kavya who helped through this transaction was very patient, and was always available for me. I would recommend this service for people who live out of country. I have absolutely no complaints and I was shocked with how well the experience was for me.
