I really had a great experience. My sarees are more beautiful than what I saw during the video chat. I would definitely use this service again. I usually don’t trust online shopping. Video shopping made it easier for me. Quality and stitching is also awesome!

Service was good, but couple of items to discuss 01. Peticot was damaged 02. On the website it was written that shipping would be free but shipping was charged. Saree and blouse was in excellent condition and we were happy with the way it was delivered so fast. only issue with the peticote as the silk cloth was little worn.

I made the purchase online. Associate Kavya assisted me with lots of patience and helped me in picking the best outfit (lengha) for my special occasion along with matching jewelry. I would definitely make a purchase again using video call. All my friends loved my outfit!!! Many many thanks to Kavya!!!

Very happy with Asopalav/Saree.com. I wanted gharchola saree for my wedding, had a video call with Kavya 45 days before my wedding. Although saree I wanted was out of stock, she was able to make custom order and deliver it within 30 days. I was plesantly surprised and happy with wedding saree and blouse stitching. The bluse alteration was not done as promiced!! I ordered lahenga but blouse alteration was never done like it was promiced. Kavya showed me lahenga. I bought it on line. Gave her mesurments She said it is altered. I paid. I got lahenga but it was never altered. I took it to wedding and try wearing it But I could not!! Due to different size.
