United States | 31 March 2018This was my first time ordering from Saree.com. I am always hesitant about the stitching part when ordering online, not knowing how it will come out. A bad stitching can ruin the whole look of the saree no matter how expensive or inexpensive it is. I am pleasantly surprised how beautifully my blouses are stitched with customized fitting. I am so happy to have found this website with the most gorgeous traditional sarees, which is very hard to find in the USA. I am a customer for life. Thank you so much Garima for all your help and prompt responses to my emails.

United States | 30 March 2018I was disappointed with 2 things: 1) embroidery is not as shown in the pictures. I was expecting exact same colors (beige/light brown). Instead it is all gold/copper which I do NOT like personally. 2) There is no can-can skirt (tulle skirt) that is usually part of the dress to make it look puffy and get the flare as it is shown in the picture. I thought I was paying for what I saw in the pictures.

I liked the quality, though the saree blouse stitching was stitched for someone shorter than I am and with lots of padding that was too high for me so I did have to get the padding removed and the blouses tailored slightly. I also had to get the lehenga skirt lengthened. The materials were beautiful, though.

United States | 21 March 2018Honestly I have had some really bad experiences with online purchases, especially in the quality aspect. Yet, I took the chance to purchase from saree.com for my big day (after reading reviews), canceled orders frm another leading web store for mediocre reviews and I am TOTALLY satisfied with the quality and neat stitching. I would totally recommend them to any of my loved ones. My only request is that they should offer stitching to patterns and changes to the customers taste and ofcourse keep prices affordable always. Looking forward to much more shopping in future.

United States | 15 March 20181. When you hover over on the images to see the detailing of the work done on various outfits, all you see is blurry images. The quality of photos is poor. 2. You should mention Shipping details on the website even before proceeding to the checkout page. For example you will take 7-10 BUSINESS days to process the orders and shipping will take another 2-5 BUSINESS days. This way if anybody is planning to send a gift item they know how many days in advance do they need to place an order. "I ordered a gift for my mother-in-law for her birthday 10 days in advance. But now she is going to receive it one week after her birthday. Its meaningless." 3. You should also have an option to gift-wrap the item (Gift-box) and also provide gift cards. You may of course charge extra for that. 4. You can also have an option of Chat support. This way a customer can ask questions immediately for the products they want to buy and will not lose interest in buying the product because he/she does not have to wait for a day or 2 for email response. 5. You should also have an option to check a checkbox saying "This item contains a gift" so that while processing orders your employees do not put invoice of the product purchased.

The company kept us informed of the progress of the order at each stage and the delivery was bang on time, item delivered even before we knew it. If you buy from here make sure you insist that you get signed for delivery. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the saree and excellent workmanship with the blouse. Would use this company again.
