This is a very professional team, coordinator Salim checks kindly every détail, and speaks very good french, like ONS coordinator also who was at the Clinic translating and taking care nicely with me! I was afraid by anesthesia but everything was okay, but the nurses were great, very nice and with high professionnalism: no pain just little sensation at the beginning and after not any bad feeling during all the hair transplantation (7 hours because 3600 greffons !). Incrédible! Thanks a lot to all the team and to DR Baris of course, so sweet and nice, he takes Time for you to explain everything and to listen to you carefully 🩵🩵🩵 I will come back to Clinic Prime if one day I need something to do ( and the hôtel 5 stars with spa is just what you need in this case). from the beginning to the end, I was really well surrounded. the tranfers and the drivers are really nice. the hotel staff is very caring and for the medical staff, it was really good, everybody was making sure I had everything I needed. Sefa was very nice during the process of removing the cast.

I had such a great experience with Clinic prime for my hair transplant. The communication before the hair transplant was very clear and the team was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had. They picked up from the airport and dropped me to my hotel. All the transport was taken care of by Clinik prime from the hotel, clinic and airport. I couldn’t have asked for a better team, everyone was really accommodating from start to finish. All of my questions were answered and all of my confusion was cleared. Thorough tests were carried out to ensure my safety above all and I was informed of each step taken. I have been given detailed information about my post operational routine and expectations and also been provided with relevant contacts in case I have any questions or concerns. I was made to feel very comfortable despite not knowing any Turkish at all and always had an advisor to translate for me whenever I needed. The surgeon also checked up on me multiple times to ensure that I am making progress in my recovery and to ensure that all of my questions are answered. Although I was hesitant at the start, I have now learned that all my fears were proven wrong. Thank you to the team for making me feel like I am a family member.

I was dubious when my 18 year old son decided to self fund a rhinoplasty with Medaway in Istanbul. However, after much discussion, research and investigation I decided to agree to go with him as his companion. I cannot say how much I was impressed with the first class standard of service, exquisite professionalism of the medical team and luxury of the facilities they provided. My son had a successful surgery and was looked after impeccably. For the cost and what was included it was outstanding.

I’ve had a really great experience with MedAway. I was picked up at the airport quickly, and taken to the hospital for my pre check up. When arriving at the hospital I was shown my room and was introduced to the nurses that were looking after me. I met with my surgeon Dr Taygun the next morning to discuss my treatment plan. Within 3 hour was off to have my surgery. From waking up from the surgery, I was taken really good care of by the nurses. After a 2 day stay I was discharged to go the hotel, I opted to stay in the apartment block, a patient coordinator helped me with my bags to the car that was waiting for me. Since being at the apartment I’ve had 2 visits from the hotel nurse to check how I’ve been. I feel very well looked after and happy with my surgery results.
