The service person was prompt, polite and professional. He addressed the problem he came to fix, reviewed the proper operation of the window coverings and was on his way in a matter. We appreciated the great service.

Steven (our designer) was prompt with communication prior to our appointment, and did an excellent job of listening to our needs and offering us shade solutions that we didn't even know existed! He also did a great job of helping us select the appropriate fabric and color of shades to seamlessly blend in our kitchen. Q did the installation - he was extremely prompt and communicative and did an expert installation job. I would highly recommend Stoneside.

We’ve used Stoneside multiple times and wouldn’t trust anyone else for our window treatments! Michelle is always fantastic and doesn’t pressure us to buy anything we don’t need. We had the blinds installed in our home about almost a year ago and only recently they needed to be charged. Unfortunately, I have managed to break the connection between the motor cable and the charging cable (apparently not easy to do) but Rusty promptly attended to the issue, replaced the cable and tested all other blinds to make sure that all works well. The blinds are beautiful, still look like brand new and make life so much easier. We love the product and will definitely install them in other rooms as well in the future.

Fantastic experience with both sales and installation, as well as the wide selection of materials, colors, and styles. I'm very happy with Stoneside and their product. The only thing they missed was that I had asked for the top-down/bottom-up shades to have the top-down cord on the right hand side, and they put it on the left.

Jason was a great thought partner on the design, and Anthony was highly professional and thoughtful throughout the entire installation process. Knocking 1 star off for the mediocre app for the "hub" solution. Tech is glitchy—it took forever to get my account to connect, and some shades are more responsive than others. But the shades themselves are quiet and Anthony did a really nice job installing them.

Everything about this company is super professional. The representative was very helpful in assisting us as to what kind of shade would work best. We were kept informed as to the progress, appointments were kept on time and the installer, Tommy, was incredibly efficient and skilled I would recommend them anytime.

Service person on time and very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. A refreshing experience after sooo many poor customer service experiences with recordings and wait times and numerous transfers. Also received instructions for replacing AA batteries in the future. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The cornices that arrived on the original date were the wrong size, but the installer, Rusty, made sure that they were finished as per ordered. They arrived correct size in a timely manner and were installed beautifully. Very pleased with this company, the representative (Quinn), and the installer, Rusty. Highly recommend!

I have had Stoneside motorized roller shades and cordless wooden blinds on the windows in my house for almost five years, and I have been very happy with them. I recently had an issue with the tilt wand on cordless wooden blinds. Stoneside was quick to schedule a service visit, and Joe did a fantastic job on the repair. The blinds look and work like new.
