If you're in the Chicagoland area and you're looking to get some shades installed you've come to the right place. We found Stoneside after a tragic attempt with Smith & Noble and our experience couldn't have been better. Our designer Jason was informative, helpful, and offered great recommendations that got us exactly what we wanted and even saved us money in the end. Our installer Jamie was extremely friendly, fast, showed us how everything worked and made sure we were perfectly happy before wrapping everything up. From initial outreach to final install, everything was prompt, professional, and friendly. Never mind the service and production interruptions they might've been juggling due to the pandemic, they never missed a beat.

The choice here is not very big, but I found what I was looking for. I also liked the service very much - the manager told me in detail about the features of the product, for me it was useful...

The customer service was excellent and the blinds they installed in my home look great. The price is much better & cheaper than custom drapes & curtains. The installer Madjid was on time as promised, very professional & detailed and didn't leave any mess when he finished.

We had blinds installed in kitchen & family room from Stoneside. I was a little apprehensive at first doing things virtually during Covid, but got excellent help from Tamara Brown.I sent her pictures of the rooms involved, received samples in mail & then had installer recheck measurements before ordering. We are very pleased with their workmanship, quality of product & the great service we received from Stoneside. I would highly recommend them.

We were not sure what we wanted to do in our sunroom and read some good reviews about Stoneside Blinds. I called and got a virtual appointment within a few days. We spoke with design consultant Gabriella ( Gabby), she talked us through the process, helped in decision of what we wanted, suggested materials and sent samples. The prices very competitive and she applied no pressure. We decided to go with sun shades and are very happy with our choice. I also wanted to commend Madjid as he come out measured our windows and very competently installed our shades. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Stoneside did a fantastic job helping us replace several motorized shades. Melanie went above and beyond getting measurements and helping us choose materials while staying safe and minimizing contact. Joe did a great job with the installation and was conscientious about safety the whole time. They both went above and beyond. We're very happy customers and wholeheartedly recommend Stoneside.

Using Zoom Melanie assisted me in selecting the right blinds for our bedrooms. I was afraid I was going to need to look through hundreds of blinds but Melanie asked me a few questions which narrowed the selection. It was quick and easy. Joe was timely for our insulation appointment. He took his time to be sure our blinds were hung correctly and educated us on their proper use. I appreciated his adherence to safety measures (wearing a mask, gloves etc) during the install. I would use Stoneside again.

I love my roller shades but had an issue with a slight fray that turn into a small hole in one of the shear panels of the shade in my kitchen. I called customer service to let them know and they were great about it. They scheduled the installer to come out to look at it...he determined it needed to be replaced because it could not be repaired. Not only did they replace the shade in my kitchen but they replaced the shade in the living room which shares the same wall as the kitchen. I told them it wasn't necessary because there was nothing wrong with the shade in the living room but they told me they wanted to make sure the two shades matched because they share the same wall. I replaced all the window coverings in my house 7 years ago with Stoneside shades and have been very happy with the beauty and quality of the shades. Stoneside stands by their products which is why I am a big fan and loyal customer. Ryan the installer who works for Stoneside is fantastic...he does a great job, is very personable and professional and arrives on time. Thank you! 5 Stars for Stoneside Blinds and Shades.

We've been very impressed with Stonesids Blinds. Our blinds look great and the process of reviewing options, ordering, measuring and installing was painless, even with the challenges caused by coronavirus. Everyone we worked with, especially Melanie and Joe, were nice and went out of their way to answer questions and gather as much info as they could to cut down on back and forth. Installation by Joe was fast and he took all safety precautions when in our home. Will go with Stoneside again!
