I worked with two reps from Stoneside, James for design and Justin for install. They were both awesome. The finished product looks even better than what I had hoped for, and I have both a complicated window project and a fairly unusual house layout so it was a solid challenge for Stoneside. Both James and Justin were meticulous, ensuring every last measurement was correct, and they were both professional and patient. I will eventually need to replace the blinds in another part of my house and I know that I will be coming back here for that project!

My rep, James, is attentive to my needs and the installers have always been pleasant to work with. I never have to worry when I place an order with them.

I worked with Carrie Kaiser and could not have been happier with my Stoneside experience, start to finish. I had a rough idea of what I wanted in regards to fabric/ finish, and Carrie was able to bring that to life. For the design consult, Carrie came equipped with a ton of great fabric options and a really sharp eye for design; her guidance left me feeling confident in the selections I made. The window treatments were installed yesterday, and I couldn't be happier. Also, special shout out to Tom who measured for and installed not only the permanent window treatments, but temporary ones in the interim. Tom was fantastic - friendly, communicative, and did a phenomenal job. Overall, highly recommend Carrie and Tom to anyone looking.

We had a great experience with Stoneside. Michelle provided excellent design and color choice advice, and Steve was professional and skilled during the installation. The blinds look great. We would highly recommend.

Gabriela came to our house, surveyed all the windows, took some initial measurements, we sat down and explained to her in general what we wanted and our life style. She then made a number of suggestions regarding what might work for us including a number of factors we had not thought of. She showed us samples and choices. All of her suggestions were exactly right for us.. Three of our largest shades were motorized with a remote control, and the other 7 were set up for manual use. Madjid came a few days later to take more exact measurements and let us know what to expect with installation. After our shades were manufactured according to our specific window measurements, Madjid returned a few weeks later to do the installation. He was fast, very accurate and precise with the installation. He paused with each step to make sure we were pleased with the results, to make any necessary adjustments, and to make sure we knew how to operate and care for the new shades in each room. He left everything clean and took away the old blinds we no longer wanted. After a couple days to use our new window shades and experience them at different times of day/night, we are very happy with the recommendations made by Gabriela and the installation by Madjid. The whole process could not have been better or more pleasant, and the quality is top notch. The result is better than we anticipated.

I cannot be happier with my experience with Stoneside from start to finish. Melanie LeFur was quick to return my call and schedule a date to visit me. She was on time and fully prepared with samples and ideas. We made a selection quickly. Joe Bach came soon thereafter to measure the windows. He had good information to help me make decisions. Joe returned a couple weeks later with Jon Shively to install the blinds. They were on time, cordial, professional, very neat and used care in our home. They took every scrap of garbage with them. The woman who scheduled the follow-up visits to my home was excellent. She was thorough and quick and sent us reminders. I would recommend Stoneside to anyone looking for quality products and top-notch service.

Joe Baca came to our home today and I thought a blind was broken, but in seconds Joe “clicked it in”! He took the time to show me how it connects to the bracket, but he also took the time to move the shade up & down to really be sure all was ok. We (seniors that should not be on ladders) also had him change batteries in all our power blinds. Again, he took the time to be sure we knew how they were changed & had me test every one to be sure all were working fine before he left! He is courteous, informative and efficient and duos a great job!!! Thank you!

I worked with Gabby De Melo before my house is closed out and she recommended what kind of shades will be the best and they gave a very good pricing as well. We moved to new house and we have the shades installed by Madjid Langerjudy in a very professional way. Love the shades and it brought totally a new look to the house. I would recommend both of them to my friends here who are looking for roller shades. Gabby has lot of patience in listening to my needs and Madjid is a very professional person and has lot of patience in answering all our questions and completed the job on time .

Very professional and very reasonable price!! We searched several companies for Blinds and Shades with design consultation. When we met Dana, we could know she would be the one! She has great sense of color / design and listened us very carefully to select products / materials. We had to ask her to visit us twice, but she pleasantly took care of us and we could choose what we loved. She is also very efficient and communicated with us very timely. Installer, Rick was also great. He perfectly installed all products. Means "really perfect!" We are very happy that we chose Stoneside!! Great products and great services!! Highly recommended.
