I had eye surgery for cataracts in September 2021 when I was 70 years old. Naturally a little apprehensive beforehand and although a strange experience, the procedure wasn't frightening, it didn't hurt and was all over surprisingly quickly. Following the surgery I was concerned that one eye took rather longer to adapt to the brighter light and felt irritated at times. However 4 months later it is now settled and comfortable. Mr Goel's manner was always positive, caring and reassuring. I no longer need glasses for either long distance or near sight, even for very small print, which is great. Thank-you Mr Goel!

Mr Goel performed 2 cataract procedures on me in October and November. He also informed me of a problem in my right eye and gave me clear information about the nature of the problem. I always found Mr Goel to be professional, pleasant and caring.

Best thing I ever did! Mr Goel was very thorough in his explanation of the different types of laser eye surgery and let me decide which was best for me. I went to see Mr Quah following an eye examination at which it was found that one of my eyes had some unwanted growth on the lens. He immediately diagnosed the problem and arranged to carry out a YAG laser procedure there and then. By the time I got home my vision was already better and the follow up visit confirmed everything is now in order.

It’s a big decision to get your eyes completely renewed, but suffering from cataracts and using glasses for both reading and long range, I decided to put my trust in Mr Goel and his team at the Eye Correction Centre. Everyone was kind, helpful and informative. The procedures were carried out one week apart, first left and then right eye. The results were amazing. I could see brilliantly by the following morning, and even colours were more vibrant. I have the perfect sight of a ten year old again - not bad at 75! My eyes were done a month ago and I had a check up with the optician last week. All my glasses are in the bin of course, and I could read the smallest print on the reading test, and the bottom line (smallest letters) on the long vision test. I would heartily recommend the Eye Correction Centre to anyone who wants to see well again - what a gift!

Removal of cataracts from both eyes and lenses fitted to both eyes to aid distant vision. Mr Goel did the procedures for both eyes. The service was prompt, painless and well managed. The follow up took place locally at Cleethorpes. Mr Goel was very professional and sensitive to my needs.
