To be honest, I was sorta nervous ordering and paying for tickets online that I wasn’t going to receive until a week before the performance. I was a bit worried when I first learned that the supplier did not give nor send physical or mobile tickets. I had to pick them up at the venue based on trust that only the day before the concert would I receive a text or phone call from someone telling me where to go to get the tickets on the day of the show. I was not feeling great about it, but, it went seamlessly. They did everything the way they said they would. It was PERFECT! Highly recommend based on my experience!

Being computer illiterate, I’m almost 80, I had some difficulty downloading my tickets. The lady on the “chat” feature, Deni, helped me through the process. She was even able to set up my account for me in the AXS System. I got my tickets and thoroughly enjoyed the rodeo.
