United States | 09 May 2024They solved my problem efficiently. The problem is Seat Geek. I googled the phone number for Seat Geek. I called that number and the representative wanted me to go to CVS. He said my ticket had been deactivated, and in order to activate it, I had to go to CVS and give him a number off of a gift card. I told him it was a scam and hung up. That number is 1-888-514-4910.

Canada | 06 May 2024We had bought tickets for George Strait in Indianapolis back in September 2023. My husband had knee replacement in January that didn’t go well and we needed accessible seats now. They went above and beyond to make sure the seller was able to exchange our seats for ones that he could actually sit at. Last night we were so happy with the new seats, thanks big Stub!!

United States | 05 May 2024Super fun show. Hassan’s delivery and energy is on point. Smart, witty, & clean… well, with exception to some salty language, but topics are clean. We laughed the whole time. Loved it! In our experience, the only bad aspect of the show was one of the openers named Aristotle. He was nasty & not funny. I’m not sure why he’s even there. On that note, the other opener ( I didn’t catch his name) was funny and good.
