Fantastic venue

The staff was nice and very well organized.

We didn’t receive our tickets. I called the last two business days before the event and was told “call us if you don’t receive them. This is a regular vendor and I have no concerns. If there’s any issue, we’ll get you equal or better tickets.” Called the Saturday of our event because we still didn’t have tickets. Was placed on hold and refunded our tickets. They claimed they couldn’t help fulfill our order and suggested we call the box office to purchase new ones. I was told a manager would call Monday (two days after the event). I’ll never use BigStub again! They offered a discounted on my next purchase. Why would I trust them again? I did have a call and an email from a supervisor on the day of the event but still offered no tickets or resolution to my problem.

Tickets were easy to download and use.

Absolutely smooth transaction. Great experience selecting seats and purchasing tickets, everything went as stated and expected. Great communication. No different than purchasing directly from venue or any other ticket vendor. Definitely would use again!

The concert in Fargo was rained out for May 21 and moved to May 22. Beautiful evening. Beautiful venue And calling me & uprgrading my seat was fantastic.
