Super cheap tickets, and totally legit!! I was a bit apprehensive to use this site, but they had a good rating with the BBB, so I took the leap of faith.. We paid around $60 for the same tickets everyone around us had paid $150 for. I'll recommend and use them, everytime.

Easy transaction. Seats were great. Concert was amazing. Section 111 at State Farm Arena.

BigStud charges top dollar… no bargains, BUT my six $500+ tickets were completely refunded when the performance was cancelled due to flu outbreak in cast. I’m very impressed at the ease of this transaction. And they were very nice to talk to on the phone earlier when I had questions.

Easy to find great seats at a decent price

Great experience. However was glad there was a faq page as my tickets had someone else's name on them. They get resold in the process before final recipient apparently.

Never got email about downloading The ballpark app but customer support did help me out right away when I contacted them. After the download everything was very easy to use and find.

From beginning to end, BigStub was easy to use. I was kept in the loop as to when my tickets would be available a d how to get them. The tips given were extremely helpful. You can't go wrong when using BigStubs!

Phenomenal seats at a great price!!

Worked out great. Santa bright my son tickets to see a St. Louis Cardinals game. I didn’t realize I needed a different app just to get to the tickets and it was difficult to get anyone to answer an email. It ended up working out, and it was super easy from there.

Price for the tickets to my event were reasonably priced and the response and delivery of the tickets was quick and easy.

I’d give it 5 out of 5 stars except I didn’t like waiting so long until my tickets were transferred. I don’t understand why I had to wait 50 days to get them. Other than that - loved them
