I bought tickets to take my daughter to the Hozier concert. These tickets were not to be sold by third-party sellers so when they supposedly transferred to me, the transfer did not work and the company did not back the tickets. Blossom did not allow my daughter and I to enter the concert because they were not supposed to be sold from third-party vendors. Big stub made me feel like I had done something wrong and I spent many hours on the phone with the representatives to no avail. I am out over $500 and did not get tickets to the concert. Blossom wrote a letter to share with the company that they did not allow us in and the company still did not refund my tickets.

It was good considering I bought the tickets last minute. Had to make an account with Ticketmaster to be able to get tickets to transfer to. Was surprised the cost with all the extra fees.(were almost as much as the tickets) hence minus the one star. Would try again though.

I had been to a rodeo many many years as a child but my daughter had never been to one. When my friends told me the rodeo was coming to town I thought it would be something my daughter should experience and I was so right about that. She loved and keep saying what a wonderful time she had. It was an amazing experience.

I’ll be honest when I ordered the tickets using this company I was nervous because it appeared I was getting them 2 days before they were on sale but I received the digital tickets and all was well and the prices seemed right on with everything else and the ability to purchase them using affirm was a huge game changer. Would definitely use again:)

Great Show Seinfeld is the best

The tickets we ordered for the SF Giants game on July 13th were not the seats we got. We were charged premium price for mediocre seats (Sect 328 row 4) $332. We had ordered seats in Section 109. Multiple calls were made to try and correct this error made by Big Stub, with absolutely no effort made by them to correct this. The tickets were purchased in December 2023. The price of the tickets on July 9th in the section they gave us was $70/seat. Total scam and terrible customer service. We will never use this site again.
