Bought a Epiphone standard in iced tea at a amazing price in comparison to other stores.the guitar was absolutely brand new ..boxed in original packaging and 100% factory new.(I was concerned about this)…I am in my 60,s and for me this is a big purchase.everything was as promised including the free courier delivery.I can only relate to my own experience but I give them 100% and will purchase again from them in the future .

Yellow tiger 24 purfling with a floating bridge & licking tuners....minor neg point>>> could have been set up properly b4 being sent out, but i sorted that!...otherwise best playing guitar i have owned in 50+ years ...great customer service ...would def use them again! 10/10

This is my first time dealing with Sound Affects. I wanted to buy a Rickenbacker guitar case as they make guitar specific cases. I contacted the shop to enquire about the price excluding vat as the case was to be sent to an EU country. I made similar enquiries with other shops. Sound Affects were the only shop to respond and did so within hours. They also explained that the cases were on order from the US and gave me an estimated delivery date based on the information they had to hand. They were so prompt and thorough with their communication that I felt confident completing the purchase. True to their word, the case arrived within their estimated time. It was also very well packaged. I cannot give them a higher recommendation and look forward to visiting their shop in person at a future date. They have a fantastic selection of both new and vintage instruments and if I ever find myself looking for another guitar they will be my first stock search. Well done Sound Affects. Great service.

I bought the guitar online, in the photographs it looked stunning and blemish free however when it arrived it had a big chip in the laquer on the bottom edge and a fracture in the laquer at the neck joint plus other little marks in the finish, These should have been pictured and shown in the advertisemen especially When paying well over a £1100 for an instrument After contacting Paul at the store he was most helpful and polite and we came to an arrangement where the store and myself where happy, overall a pleasantoutcome, thanks guys
