Order arrived as requested. Item ordered, though second hand was in fantastic condition, and beyond expectation.

Through no fault of theirs, I ordered the wrong pedal (it was a limited edition version of the Blue Sky which happened to be in the same colour as the Iridium pedal I wanted). I immediately panicked and emailed them asking for them to cancel the order. First thing Monday morning they cancelled and refunded my money, but also pointed out that they had a used Iridium going for a similar (cheaper) price to the Blue Sky. It turned out to be a very happy accident, but I got it a couple of days later safe and sound and I'm impressed by how they didn't go in for the hard sell or use my order as leverage for me to purchase that more expensive pedal new. I'd definitely use them again

I recently purchased a guitar from Sound Affects online. The communication before and after the purchase was spot on. In my case, whilst the guitar was very nice, I did feel that the setup could have been better considering the value. The tuning would go out considerably within minutes regardless of whether you were playing it or it was sat unplayed for a few minutes. It turns out the nut was not cut very well, and the bridge and tailpiece were setup in such a way that the strings were in contact with the back of the bridge causing additional friction. Admittedly this is the fault of the manufacturer but I do feel it should also have been inspected and picked up on by the retailer too, so I did decide to return the guitar. Having said that, the guys at Sound Affects were very approachable, communicated fast and did their best to help me resolve the tuning issue remotely before I came to this decision, and processed the refund very quickly.

Got some great advice and now very happy with my Strymon pedal. Great price too.
