Harriet has been extremely efficient in terms of renewing my tenancy. Also, whilst there has been a delay in carrying out a repair, she has been very helpful in explaining delays and chasing up the contractor. All in all very good service.

I was getting pretty frustrated with things however since Harriet has taken over managing the property I have absolutely no complaints. She keeps on top of issues, informs me of progress and is a pleasure to deal with. This is exactly what I pay the letting fee for and cant thank her enough as she takes the stress out of the process
