MyLondonHome were advertising flats at a London building. When I contacted them to organise a viewing of one of the flats, they claimed this flat had just gotten sold and there was no flat left for sale in that building. Obviously they had plenty of other properties they could show me. I later found out from other agents that the flats were indeed available (and we had a viewing with them). It looks like MyLondonHome is doing ghost listings to catch people's attention.

MyLondonHome has been always very supportive and patient over the contract. I have so much trouble get exchange contract due to vendor's situation but MyLondonHome has helped me through and luckily could complete purchase

My London Home is an disorganized company. They are not professional at all in any aspect and you will find yourself just working instead of them. They have no idea about what is going on most of the time, they ignore your email and are not helpful in any situation. We constantly had to remind them about anything. We also had to correct the information given in the email coming from them or making them realize that they were providing the wrong documents for us to sign. The worst company with the worst staff we ever dealt with.

I couldn't agree less than with the previous comments. MyLondonHome have continuously passed the buck and not followed up on issues in the building/property. They have also been unhelpful with resolving a deposit dispute which still remains unresolved after 6 weeks. They have a nice portfolio of properties but I would steer clear.

My London home managed the sale of our property in Clapham and the purchase of our new home in Vauxhall. We had a seamless experience and any difficulties were managed quickly by the highly efficient and experienced team. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Our apartment was recently re let out and the lettings and check in team were very efficient and followed through the entire exercise professionally.
