Business done with My London Home on Battersea Power Station and it was facilitated quickly and thoroughly by Jesse and Honor. Good effort all round.

It is a terrible agency!!! I will not advise anyone to use their services as their not honest. We agreed that they will be furnishing the flat before we arrive, we have paid them 6 month in total so £18 600 in total and we moved in 10 days ago and we still havent had any furniture at all. Also, they've added extra charges. When we arrived on Friday night to their office to get the keys, due to the extra charges they've added we were short of £120 out of the £18 600 that they already received and they didn't want to let us move in the property even though this was during the freezing week. They were waiting to received the extra £120 from us before giving us the keys even though we've showed them the proof. Because it was an international transfert the £120 took 4 days to arrive, and during this time we had to pay an hotel and MyLondonHome made us pay for the property from Friday even though we didnt have access for 4 days. We are buying the furniture ourselves and they do not want to hear anything. And they are so much more. Avoid this agency!

The worse customer experience ever. Do not recommend. On the day we wanted to move in the apartment was not clean and the keys were not left at the concierge as per agreement. The issues to be fixed never repaired and at the end of tenancy we have been charged for everything that has been faulty from the very beginning. We have been waiting for the deposit 3 months and we had to raise a dispute with MyDeposits as they wanted to reduce the deposit amount by half.

Yure clearly deserves a 5 Star rating. Not much to add, exactly matched our expectations or even outperformed most of them. He spent a lot of effort in finding the perfect place for us, always responded very speedy and competent. Was a pleasure.
