Michael and his colleagues were extremely helpful and conscientious, went above and beyond to find a flat that would suit my needs, and did it all with enthusiasm and good humour. I had a very bad experience with MyLondonHome (in particular southbank office). When I entered the property the flat was dirty (not professionally cleaned as the contract said), the walls were covered with food and a lot of things were damaged (irradiators, boiler, sinks...) They did not help me until I had to personally contact the landlady. Moreover, when I left the apartment they sent me a document lying about the amount of my deposit and trying to get money from everywhere. Expensive check in/check out fees and very bad service.
