The agent was late and then couldn't find the apartment, so we wasted some time wandering the complex. She was very apologetic and polite throughout however, but it could've been better. I can't speak for the negotiating process as in the end the apartment wasn't right for me. Overall they were very assiduous in contacting me, finding alternative apartments and generally were very helpful.

Tried to do online valuation, put all my details in, only to be prompted at the end that "we are unable to give an online valuation at this time. A member will be in touch to discuss" This was not the deal. I don't want a phone call,the deal was an instant online valuation. Seems very cunning way to get your details.

We made an offer on an apartment and were told that there were multiple offers on the apartment so we were asked if we would increase our offer. We increased our offer and were told that our offer was accepted by the Landlord. We were also told that if we wanted to accept the apartment and receive a confirmation, we needed to pay the agency fees and 2 weeks rent to hold the apartment (and the apartment would be taken off the market). We were told that we needed to pay this immediately and could not even wait till that evening as someone else might make an offer - we decided to confirm the apartment. One week later we received an email saying that inspite of our confirmation, Mylondonhome had submitted another offer to the landlord and the landlord had chosen their offer so we would no longer be able to move into the apartment and the money we paid to hold the apartment and take it off the market would be returned to us. We cannot understand the point of making a payment to hold an apartment and take it off the market if the agency is going to continue submitting offers to the landlord.

He prepared an independent snagging report on my new build property and liaised efficiently with the developer to ensure they promptly deal with the issues he identified. I've asked him to go back later to check all the defects have been dealt with and have also instructed him to provide a snagging report on another property. I would urge new build buyers to obtain a snagging report from George.
