Great delivery service

Good knowledge of the furniture by the staff. Plenty of examples of various fabrics and the two types of chair, to view. Helpfully, the store kept the chair for an extra few days before delivery, when the collector of my previous chair was unable to collect it. Delivery was excellent and helpfully,the packaging was taken away after delivery.

Lovely showroom and nice friendly staff

Very helpful and friendly when I rang the store with a query prior to purchasing the lampshade online. The delivery charge was steep at £8.95. After a week there was no sign of the lampshade so I rang to chase it up. Again, very friendly and helpful member of staff who chased it up and explained it had got temporarily delayed in their system. It then arrived 2 days later. The shade is good quality and exactly what we wanted.

The vase was broken when I opened the package. I contacted Cotswold Grey who have yet to respond. I also included photos in my correspondence.
