Ordered a sofa 3 weeks ago, and when it was due to be delivered it never showed up. Customer service advised via text that someone tried to deliver but there was no answer. Trouble is I was home all day and heard no one knock, so clearly something is a miss. I appreciate some drivers are lazy, but considering how much I spent on this sofa, I expect 1) a tracking number that updates in real time (many other companies doing this now) and 2) for cotswold grey to use a better delivery service.

Really liked the fact that I could speak to someone who walked around the shop to find the items I was interested in. My queries were answered. The console table arrived speedily and safely via Cotswold Grey's own delivery team. It looked exactly like the photo on the website. I would certainly use CG again. Thank you CG

I have never been treated with such rudeness in a shop in all my life! The large lady with the bleach blonde hair, who appeared to be the manager, was extremely rude, arrogant and obnoxious and I was made to feel as if I was an inconvenience when asking for help on 2 separate occasions. Unless you are there to spend thousands don't expect any respect...certainly not from her! Despicable attitude... politeness costs nothing! Needless to say I walked away without purchasing and certainly wont be returning EVER!
