Terrible customer service. They don’t reply!

From walking into the shop, to the delivery of our purchase, we could not have asked for more. The sales staff were lovely and informative but never pushy. Delivery was within days of purchase and the delivery guys negotiated our building works without complaint; placing our rather large cabinet exactly where we wanted it in the house. Will definitely visit Cotswold Grey again.

The cabinet I bought is superb quality. Everything in Cotswold Grey, to be fair, is beautiful - it's my go-to place for that special piece. The whole process of buying the cabinet was very smooth. From the lovely sales people in the shop, to prompt and efficient updates on delivery, Cotswold Grey's customer service is exceptional. My cabinet arrived today and looks stunning in my house. It was delivered very quickly and brought into the house by two extremely polite gentlemen and put in the place I wanted it to be. I am so pleased with the cabinet. Thank you Cotswold Grey, I will definitely be back in your glorious shop in Moreton in Marsh.

The person I spoke to in the shop was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also insured a really speedy transaction as I was in kind of a rush. Further the delivery was available quickly as they had stopped (seems to be very rare in this industry) that was a nice surprise. The delivery team was also really good and took away all of the excess rubbish.

I'd been looking at rugs online but concerned about the colour and the quality without seeing it in person. I spoke to Collette at the Moreton-In-Marsh store and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. I totally love the rug, the colour is perfect as is the quality and at an amazing price plus it arrived within 3 days of ordering. Thankyou Collette for your help and advice.
