United Kingdom | 10 February 2023I received a call from this company Motor Repair Network on the 4th February whilst I was driving so I could not speak to them. They left a message for me to call them on a number that was different to the number they rang me on which showed up as suspected spam. I have been calling them since the 4th February everyday waiting on a line that constantly plays music. I think there is actually no one at the end of the line and the tape of music just plays and plays as no one ever comes back whilst you are waiting. I have tried all different times of the day. What is the point of having a company that has such a glossy advert but not have the decency to respond to any calls. I have wasted hours on the phone trying to get them. I got in touch with RSA Motability and explained the situation but they just put me straight through to the company once again listening to the awful music. This is a poor reflection to Mobility who normally give a first class service to those in need. I didn't want to give any stars but had no option so I gave one star.

They had it 8 month,had new lock set fitted only got one key,new drivers window used it up and down few times then fell off runner,new dashboard fitted with wrong mileage on,turbo gauge pod not bolted correctly,fingerprints all over plastics in car with car paint colour,plastics have multiple scrapes and to top it off car came back with major rattle in gearbox that wasn't there when it left. Wouldn't recommend these cowboys to do any job on a car.

United Kingdom | 07 February 2023Our motability vehicle was damaged whilst parked outside our house when a transit van attempted to park in front of us and scratched the front bumper which requires a minor repair and no parts. This occurred on 3rd August 2022 and as of today 7/2/23 I am still waiting. I totally agree with the one star given by other reviewers. No contact from them, no foreseeable date for repair, long telephone wait times if you are lucky enough to get through. Frustrating and unacceptable experience.

United Kingdom | 06 February 2023Our motability car had the front broken in Centreparcs longleat no details left. Very sad. car park Friday 27 Jan. Reported to security. Reported to RSA. They want this company to repair our car. They phoned once last Thursday while I was running a support group. They sent a text asking me to call back. I spent half an hour on hold later Thursday. I spent 40 mins on hold Friday 420-5. Listening to the jazz on loud speaker while did sWashing and prepared dinner. I have been on hold again 20 mins now. It is impossible to get anyone to answer. This is so stressful. So impossible. Really frustrated trying to get help.

United Kingdom | 04 February 2023Zero stars isn't an option,my car hasn't even been taken for repair yet and I'm actually lost for words at the way this company have so far handled things, I initially seen all the bad reviews and contacted motability, they tried to reassure me that not everyone has a bad experience with this company after I told them I was not happy at all that this company had to deal with my repair, honestly they are a bunch of clowns and haven't got a clue what they are doing from one minute to the next! I am certain my experience with this ongoing issue will definitely get worse and I'm already going to be making a complaint with my insurance company, all I can say is AVOID!!

United Kingdom | 03 February 2023I had the most awfully disgraceful experience with them. Had to use them due to a fleet driver hitting my vehicle. Took me 2 month's to get something booked in due to a miscommunication. Then I get my car back and they forgot to fix areas on the rims and wing mirror dispite me calling and double checking while the ca was in the garage. As well as further damage has been done to my rims and my stereo no longer works!!!! What a disgraceful company, it is appalling that they are even contracted for a fleet insurer, they should be closed down immediately!!!! I'm so angry I can't even sleep, I'm shaking with rage and just want this fixed ASAP!!!!! It has been a week now and I still can't even get through to them to discuss this.

United Kingdom | 31 January 2023We have through motability - can never get through to them have to wait minimum 45 minutes on the phone and have had terrible service with repair partners too. One left the handbrake off our car as he was trying to drive it down the street. Really awful and unacceptable service. Avoid

United Kingdom | 30 January 2023If you take a car insurance policy out, make sure you contact the company to see if they deal with Motor Repair Network first. Once you have a courtesy car, they say they will extend it and then wait until it’s over the time-frame the car needs to be back and then make you liable for the payment to the company you get a courtesy car from. AVOID at all costs.

My insurance provided these twits to fix my car, they provided me a courtesy car which was so uncomfortable faulty making engine noises and drunk over 125 pounds worth of fuel in 2 days a one litre car. When I called the manager informed her that I would possibly like to get another courtesy car. The manager then said to me we haven’t got one, I informed them that my insurance said it’s your job to outsource one. And the manager said what do you expect me to do. Being angry I told them I would be collecting my car that went in for repair, when I tried getting it they persisted to tell me I didn’t have permission from my insurance to collect it, I own the vehicle! When I finally got my car a man rudely stood by the door to the building with the most angry face with my keys and goes here ar there’s your car not even thank you or anything totally rude. Some bloke was taking pictures of my car while I was leaving and I asked him why no explanation given ignored me. Thankfully my insurance are scrapping the motor repair network and have reimbursed me for the costs, which this company should have. Also they take about 6 weeks to sort a quote out I’m now with a different repair and quote was done within a day and car goes in first of Feb.

United Kingdom | 27 January 2023Dont bother to leave any comment really, i dont know why my insurer has a partnership with this company, it's so difficult to call them, every time I managed to speak to them, after waited 30-60 mins, I was told an engineer will view the car and get back to me by the end of tomorrow, but nothing happens. The best way to avoid this company is to pay more for insurance, I will only buy insurance from reputable companies.

United Kingdom | 23 January 2023Whilst I appreciate the situation on car parts is difficult because of Covid and the supply. Our car has been in their records since 21 November only needing bodywork done so no parts needed. The communication is sparse and very poor from this company. As requested I sent photo and video of the damaged back wheel arch to them when they requested it. Since them I have been asked 3/4 times to send the same information? I have also been asked if I still need the repair?? I had an answerphone message - which I could not understand the sound was so bad and the persons diction was very garbled?? waiting on the phone to them is a mornings work only to be cut off? They need to step up their communication and searches for bodywork shops and stop relying on the...because of current problems blah blah blah!

I had already called them before and waited 38 minutes for them to answer. Today I called again and waited 70 minutes for them to answer, which I feel is totally unacceptable. Also they didn’t take down the correct information I had given them from the first call. This company are not worth using. Mr Magwood Devon.
