United Kingdom | 19 January 2023DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We was told our car was roadworthy but when taken to a garage and an independent surveyor used the car was deemed unsafe and unroadworthy. Thank god I went with my gut and didn’t accept this and didn’t drive my car. We raised a complaint and was told well you didn’t drive the car did you and human error happens. Was offered £30 as a “goodwill” which I declined. I then was told in a following email to accept it as it was a good offer. Anyone in that car could have been seriously injured because of negligence and being told take £30 it was human error is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. Our car is no longer being repaired by these cowboys due to us no longer feeling safe to use a company who told us the car was safe and roadworthy when it wasn’t. Please don’t use this company if you value your life/family’s life. I’m now proceeding with legal action

United Kingdom | 17 January 2023Our mobility car was in their appointed garage for over 7 weeks whilst they were waiting parts - a passenger door, they would not give us our car back whilst they waited their phone lines are a waste of time I waited 48 mins yesterday before they answered am still waiting for a decent explanation which I won’t get from them

United Kingdom | 16 January 2023My Car wasdamaged by a third party and is a notability car insured with RSA. I was told that Motor repair network would contact me to arrange a repair. The damage was caused on 08/01/2023 repair network has been impossible to contact I have attempted now four times each holding on waiting for an answer. This company needs to be struck off for useless service and insurance companies need to use a reputable company not didy coys cheapest not always the best. Avoid at all costs this company is useless and obviously don't care.

United Kingdom | 09 January 2023worst customer service company sending to some rubbish garage and Tried to some rubbish repair they insisted on giving them another chance wich I agreed and still rubbish job .I have requested an engineer to check the repair and the engineer agreed with me that the car need a new bumper. plus they damaged the car and try fob ne and tell me the damage was already there.they send me to a second garage as I didn't want the first garage .when the second garage came I requested to see the ID as 2 guy just turn up on collection day but they refused and I didn't want to hand over the car keys to strangers and later no one will accept liability and also mrn didn't provide a replacement car so I rebooked the repair and told mrn advised them to bring ID if they want to drive my car to the garage wich we agreed .On collection again this time 4 guys turned up and still refused to show ID so I told them sorry I can't hand the key.the garage told me that either I'll have to drop it off myself or they will cancel the job in a rude manner so told her I need my car fixed of course I'll bring to the garage myself but watch your attitude.I went drop the car off at the garage and left.they contacted me and told me after a day that the repair has been completed come collect the car .I asked if they're where still any marks on the exhaust cover wich they said MRN didn't tell them to do it .I said OK let me speak to mrn and I contacted them to tell the why they haven't told the garage about the exhaust cover wich was a minor job really.they told me where is your car right now if its still at the garage leave it there we will contact the garage to repair it .Next I text if I don't come collect my car they will come drop it off at the home address.I called them to ask if MRN has contacted them the lady was being rude.so I requested the manager wich she said the manager will contact MRN and get back to you wich I said OK.next thing I see my partner calling that they Brough the car hone go check how's the repair the guy is waiting outside when I checked all I see a car driving off and nowhere to find the keys and the garage is not answering the phone so contacted mrn and told them I got proof that my keys hasn't been handed over to me and they haven't done a proper handover .After investigation the garage is saying I have been aggressive and to avoid comfrontation they left the keys on the door of the flats I live .still MRN or they're complain team activate group havent been in contact and without replacing my keys as that's what they agreed they cancelled the replacement car from enterpris and no keys and no replacement.

Will be making a formal complaint to RSA and I hope this company is stripped of their contract because they don’t deserve to be in business.

Just before Christmas a lady told me that the suppliers keep changing dates at last minute before they send the parts to my car, apparently. FIVE WHOLE MONTHS. I hope everyone else has their problems sorted ASAP as well as mine, but this company is atrocious!

United Kingdom | 03 January 2023Have had to contact this company as a result of an RTC, they are impossible to get hold of, the phones do not ring and at the moment, their website doesn't even load correctly. I've been given multiple phone numbers for them, none of them ring, and if they do, they don't get answered. Absolutely shocking company to deal with.

I cannot believe why my insurance company More Than to use them to help the clients to find the approved garage. It is very bad company. I hope my insurance company More Than can suspend the contract with them or the clients will not choose them.

United Kingdom | 29 December 2022What an absolute S*** show of a company avoid at all costs! 5 weeks on and I still have no courtesy car, they tell lies and will Fob you off at any chance thats if your patient enough to hold on for 80 minutes before being able to speak to anyone and they then have an attitude ! Emailed complaints twice now and have had no response appalling company

I am bemused as to how this company remains in operation as it neglects the fundamental values of good customer relations. In no scenario is 25 minutes plus call wait time acceptable and especially when accompanied with no explanation or alternative option. It is also quite incredible that the likes of Royal Sun Alliance continue to utilise such a company when their service is well below acceptable. Please avoid at all costs.

We have been left over Christmas with no car despite ringing them a few times we've had to get taxis to get our food shopping in for xmas all they do is make pathetic excuses that's if you can actually get through to them they're an absolute joke

United Kingdom | 20 December 2022Absolute joke of a company. After holding to speak with them on 2 occasions for over 45 minutes each time, I never actually managed to speak with anyone. They never respond through their portal. And to top it off, this is the last message I recieved from them "Please can we make sure we are not using the disabled toilet. This is for people who need it only and able bodied people should be using the normal toilets" Someone is having a joke or their shire incompetence is something to behold!! Someone has obviously sent an internal mail to either myself or possible the entire customer base. I have never, ever dealt with (or not) such an unprofessional company in my life. Fact. Avoid like the plague.

United Kingdom | 17 December 2022Motor Repair Network sub out a lot of their accident repairs to independent body shops. The reason that you cannot get your car fixed is that less and less body shops will deal with them because they are disorganised and don’t pay the repairer on time or not at all. They have also just got rid of all their field staff so things will only get worse. Management are probably in the wrong job so a shake up is desperately needed.
