United Kingdom | 03 April 2023Saw a deal on travelzoo originally and then booked directly with Jetline Cruise. Tony who done my booking was very helpful and polite and arranged everything quickly. The flights to Seattle originally were not direct so had asked for direct ones instead and he sorted them out there and then for me. When my paperwork came through there were a couple of errors but Emma sorted them very quickly. Can't fault them - everyone that I have dealt with has been very helpful and polite. Would definitely use them again

United Kingdom | 02 April 2023Extreme difficulty to engage and discuss issues about cruise, holiday and flight at all times. Persisted in giving incorrect flight number. Incorrect information given regarding vaccinations required at that time, contradicting NHS and requirements of country visited. Did not reply to emails or respond to telephone calls. Refused to amend train travel details. Refused to provide updates on changes before travel. Airport to hotel transfer a complete nightmare, inaccurate details provided and car meet delayed by 4 hours. Booked into hotel without consultation regarding suitability or location. Paid for and planned excursion non-existent on arrival, but donated by providing company who did not get reimbursed. This company is utterly chaotic. Its customer service is not a service for the customer, it's an opportunity to deny responsibility. It accepts no responsibility for anything, even giving advice and guidance after booking and post payment. Once they have your money, that's it, nothing, no after sales service. Some staff were rude, unco-operative and patronising. Inept, inflexible and totally unco-operative. Their incompetence was very distressing. Fortunately, we did not let their unprofessional and substandard service interfere with our trip of a lifetime. Buyer beware ! The taxi due to meet us at San Francisco was not there. We scoured the airport, asked for assistance and eventually got the telephone number. After an eleven and a half hour flight, it took another two and half hours before we got the taxi that arrived and transported to the hotel in the city centre. The paid for bus excursion was non-existent. The company tried to call JLC and got now answer. Having showed the booking evidence, they gave us the tour we booked for free. The hotel booked in New York was absolutely appallingly awful. Old, dull, delapidated, shambolic organisation with virtually no services, redecorated in brown badly. The 15 minute ride taxi to the cruise berth was nearly £70, a complete rip off. We could have booked an Uber for less than half. We tried everything possible before embarking on the trip to raise concerns with the company having paid over £8000. It absolutely untrue to say they did what they could. They persist in denying any responsibility whatsoever. This is a fundamentally flawed and anti-customer prevailing attitude. Calls and emails remained unanswered before the trip. They did not act responsibly. We complained to Travel Zoo who had advertised the referral to JLC and after four weeks, they said no further action. The comments from JLC reflect their lack of care, consideration and duty towards their customers. There is nothing they can do now, except embark on a rigous indpendently led inspection and scrutiny of their entire booking and customer service procedures and the implementation of the outcomes. We do not recommend them and will not use them ever again.

United Kingdom | 02 April 2023Great cruise package, generally good communications, had an issue with being offered a cruise cabin with obstruction but managed to sort this albeit at an extra cost. But the extra cost agreed. Awaiting to go on the cruise 2024 so can’t comment further on the cruise as yet or jetline as a company. We received all our documents and Tom got us direct flights from Newcastle Uk to Sydney Australia so we are happy. Also delayed our flight home so we can spend time with family in Australia before flying home. Our cruise and flight itinerary sounds perfect so now we await the reality. Can’t wait…….

Very helpful and knowledgeable and even after wanting to add another person after booking only hours before! was no trouble for Gareth. Great value holiday too. We received our receipt and booking details within days! Very impressive we will definitely book with Jetliner cruise again!

The only reason I have not given 5 stars is the fact that there was a small mistake on the holiday confirmation I received which I pointed out to customer services and requested an email confirming my call. It did not arrive despite an assurance that it would be sent.

They also charged a large premium for the same hotel (they provided) as I am staying for one extra day, which was not part of the initial booking. I booked with Booking.com much cheaper, so harm was done, although silly it's their hotel and all I wanted to do was add one extra night to the booking, yet they stated it would be twice what I had paid per night, based on the original booking. I felt as though they thought I was over a barrel and they used it as a margin opportunity but I booked with Booking.com to avoid these costs. No issue, just silly and avoidable in my opinion
